I was hit by a car at 60mph when I was riding my motorcycle, and needless to say I was severely injured. I hired Todd H. as my attorney, and from the first phone consultation onward, he and his team lifted the entire burden off my shoulders and carried it through on my behalf to the very end. They went above and beyond, taking care of everything: securing my bike from the tow company for the insurance adjuster; MAXing out the other driver's insurance settlement without any litigation; and negotiating with mine to get the medical bills cut in HALF, which ended up doubling the payout I would have otherwise received. When the local hospital tried to send my bill straight to a collection agency rather than tendering it to my insurance, Mr. H. and his team immediately intervened and got the hospital to acquiesce. 800-Ask Gary works with this law firm and the 800 Ask Gary has another company called Physicians Group. They ALL work together. I never spoke to an actual attorney just case workers. The process seemed long for only a 10K policy which my car was totalled and they couldn't even recover the full policy. My hospital bill alone should have warranted tender. I would have been better off handling the matter myself. I feel they don't know how to negotiate for the best recovery. more

Ask Gary works with this atty and they all work with Physcians Group to get hte most of YOUR money. It's a monopoly. The girl that does the close out of your case Melody is a rude nasty woman. I had waiting on this attorney to get me my check. When I settled I was told it would be 2 weeks for the paper work so I waited. I called them after two weeks. Melody was so unprofessional and rude. Then I was told it would be another 2 weeks for paper work. So I waited again. I called after two weeks and once again I was told it was going to take 3 weeks. I have never even spoke to the attorney either as I see another complaint regarding these same issues. RUN FROM THIS FIRM more

Melanie is snotty and then gets all upset and cries. She does not return calls if you call her. She puts someone else in the firm to do her job. She did not negotiate my bills to the best of her ability as I had another firm look at them. My case was settled by a Todd Hingman who is horrible. Pompus more

Very snotty and pompus when i would speak to him. I decided to fire this firm. I would not recommend them to anyone. Getting a returned call from him was like pulling teeth. more
