I reccomend 9/14/2020

I have lived here for 3 years now. The complex has improved wonderfully. The changes and improvements are finally paying off. Good mix of tenants from retired men and women to young families and professionals. The surrounding area is developing nicely. I am looking forward to what the future holds. more

Avoid at all costs! 5/8/2018

Small apartments. High electric bills. Crack addicts and alcoholic neighbors. Windows that don't close properly. No insulation so you can hear all your neighbors "doing it". People breaking into your car. Elevator that never works right. Bed Bugs. Lack of parking. Rents to anyone so lots of transients coming and going. Inconsiderate management. Only 2 dumpsters for 100 apartments so they're always full but you will be fined for leaving your garbage bag on the side. Stay away! more
