Great experience 11/3/2011

I am usually a bit skeptical about switching auto repair shops but I did not have a choice so I came to Merlins. I had a great first experience; everyone was friendly and really talked me through exactly what needed to be done on my car. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely use them again, no more switching shops for me! more

Took care of everything 11/1/2011

I needed a few things done with my car before a long road trip, brakes, oil change, shocks and just a look over to make sure it was ready for the trip. Merlin 200,000 Miles took care of everything for a good price. I will definitely use them again with no hesitation. more

Quick and helpful 10/4/2011

I recognized Merlin's from a building sign and decided to go in for a tranny flush and oil change. I give them 5 stars all around. They were very quick and helpful. more

Being a female, you have to be really cautious when dealing with cars, cause the statics are car places usually try to take advantage of people, especially women, but that is not the case with Merlin's Shop. Honest, Professional people that work there, and I really appreciate what they do. Highly recommend their services to everyone. more

Couldn't be Happier 8/24/2011

I'm new to the area, and needed a definite tune up to my car. I was referred to Merlin's 200000 Mile Shop by a co-worker, and I couldn't be happier for the referral. They tuned the car right up in a timely manner, and with a definite reasonable price. Also, the people that work there are super cool, and knowledgeable. Very good service. more

Clean and Friendly 8/8/2011

Normally when you walk into a repair shop you expect it to be dirty and the mechanics to be rude. However, when I went into Merlin 200,000 Mile Shop it was the complete opposite. The front desk and even the garage area, that I was able to see, was clean and neat and the mechanics are extremely helpful and listen to everything that you want done. They are amazing and I couldn't be happier with my experience there. Keep up the good work. more

Great Service Shop 8/1/2011

Every time I go into Merlins 200000 Mile Shop to get a service done on my car they always listen to what I would like done and do it just how I like it. The shop is never dirty or messy. And they work they do is excellent. I tell everyone I know about the. more
