Took my car there for a basic "checkup", was told I needed a lot of things, but this was the most pressing. Basically I found that a $1200 tune up doesn't include a $1.99 PCV valv...

My daughter's Audi was not defrosting in the morning and they checked it out for us on Tuesday and had it running in "tip top" condition by Friday morning for a weekend trip. They were awesome in keeping in touch with me regarding the status of repairs and the price was below estimate. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs. more

Check Engine Light 9/21/2015

We took our Kia in to get a diagnostic because our check engine light had recently turned on. We were able to drop our car off after making an appointment with one of the staff members, which is definitely understandable since it's a smaller mom and pop shop. We finally were able to get our car checked out and we got a call, same day, and after inspecting it we found out we needed a new O2 sensor. They replaced it. We got a call that night to pick up the car but we went ahead and picked it up the next morning. When we started the car everything was fine, but once we started driving it home our check engine light appeared once again. We ended up calling right away and we were able to return the car same day. We ended up needing another sensor replaced...but the manager Josh was kind enough to only charge us for the part and not for any extra labor. All together it was a really nice experience and you can tell the employees care about their customers! We definitely will be taking our cars here from now on. more

the staff was friendly , knowledgeable, and communicated well. I noticed many extras on my repair,Positive battery lead replaced , wires secured , radiator bolts tightened its not common anymore for people to go the extra mile , I think they did, Thanks Randy more
