Mercedes-Benz of Naperville

After searching for the perfect used Acura MDX, I found one at MB of Naperville. I went in on my lunch break just to take a quick look. After speaking with Gary and Jason for a few minutes, they told me to just take the car for an extended test drive. The car was almost perfect. Left headlamp was not firing up. After an extremely short discussion on price, we all agreed and had the paperwork signed. Jason told me to set up an appointment with Acura and said he would pay for the headlight repair. Gary, Jason and Jimmy stayed especially late to get the deal done. I have not seen this kind of professionalism in an auto dealership in a long time. 2 days later, the Acura dealership had the headlamp fixed (it was just the bulb) and everything was covered by MB of Naperville. I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Naperville. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. I went there to buy a Nissan Rogue that I had found online. They treated me as if i was buying one of their $90,000 vehicles! Ed Franzen and his team were the best. Ed wasn't pushy at all! He kept me at ease, was very kind, and their pricing was very reasonable. I went there knowing what I wanted and they did the job for me! I highly recommend anyone going to Mercedes Benz of Naperville, and if you do be sure to ask for Ed Franzen, He's the best!!!! :) Thanks for the roses guys!!!! more
