Willie picked up my car and checked it out completed and gave it a complete A3 service. I love that when he has no rental cars, he will make accomodations to pick my car up to make life much easier for me. My car drives perfect. Willie is the only person I trust at Mercedes there because is honest and trustworthy. more

Had a flat tire so required Roadside Assistance and then needed to get a replacement tire. New tire replaced promptly and also conveyed issue about streaking wipers so Willie had them replaced. more

Max provided excellent service and set the right expectation around timing and cost of repairs. ALl issue were resolved and I was provide a mercedes loaner car with all wheel drive which was beneficial due to time of the year. more

I am driving my second Mercedes because of the exceptional care/service Alex Marshall has given to me. Older women are often taken advantage of in a car environment and that has never been my experience with Alex Marshall. . .he is simply the best, straight forward, honest and kind. more

I am very happy with the service I receive from MB service department. I have had three minor incidents recently with my car which needed immediate attention. I emailed Alex pictures and a list of spare parts needed, he ordered them, and the job was done quickly at the scheduled time. I had one question on the bill. Before the billing lady could hang up the phone Alex is out there explaining the bill- and of course it was right, and he had done more work than I asked, to my benefit. Love it- no wasted time. Besides good technical capability, I like the efficiency. I also appreciat your service pick-up hours go to 7 pm. Ray Catena didn't offer that when I initially selected MBMorristown about 2007...and I have had no reason to re-evaluate my choice since!\r \r Rental car guys are always pleasant and efficient....and sometimes they get some difficult customers. There was one lady in the night I dropped off my car having a fit for getting a Camry and not a loaner Mercedes. Really? The guys were very professional in spite of the drama and disrespect, and the fact that she backed them up 3 customers deep. more
