""The dealership manager, Pat Boulter, really gets involved with the clients who purchase or lease at MBLN. He personally called me and made sure I was happy with my sales consultant, Gerhard. This is my 5th transaction with the dealership, and I send all of my co-workers from Associated Realtors to MBLN. I intend to purchase an S class within one year, and I will get the car from MBLN & Gerhard, no question. Even though the economy is on a roller coaster, a high speed collision in a E430 four & a half years ago, made a believer out of me. Although I sustained irreparable damage to my neck, back & face, I am here writing you about it. Enough said."" more

I did not know there was a testimonial section and I'm glad to read that others share the same appreciation that I do for MBLN. My car was NOT purchased at MBLN, but having been to 4 other dealers, I can honestly say that I will not go anywhere else for service except MBLN. Wonderful treatment, no-waiting express check-in, and loaners ready to go; I live in the Los Angeles area and it makes the 1.5 hr drive to Laguna Niguel worth it every single time to have a service adviser remember me as a friend than as strictly business. Thank you for everything; great service these days is just not appreciated enough. more

no pressure atmosphere 10/1/2010

My friend bought an e350 coupe from Kevin yesterday (7/28) and he told me to go in and check out the cars as he knew I was in the market for a luxury car (my Lancer ain't doin it for me). The assistants let me drive 3 vehicles to get an idea of what the performance was like in the difference price ranges. easy going and very friendly. The no pressure atmosphere is really appreciated. Kevin called me today to go over my options, and given my upside-down circumstances I decided right now may not be the best timing. He understood and offered his services whenever I am ready to buy. Bottom line - the new e350 and c350 drive incredible (I also own a 2006 BMW 325i and these cars blow it out of the water) and the attitude at this dealer is refreshing. If I am buying a car, I am buying it here - especially if I get that ""killer deal."" more

Bait and switch 5/12/2009

I leased a car From Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and had the car for \r 7 months and the call me and said that they have a buyer for my C350 Mercedes and that They would take my car back and resale the car and replace the car with a New C350 and Said They had already checked on credit and all and the value of my c350 the said the They would lower the payment and lease time. Well it was all a Bait and Switch. They could not do any of it. They tried to increase my payment. And wanted 3,500 down. \r Bait and switch is a form of fraud in which the party putting forth the fraud lures in customers by advertising a product or service at an unprofitably low price, then reveals to potential customers that the advertised good is not available but that a substitute is.\r \r Pros: They dressed nice Cons: Try to rip me off more
