This is my first Mercedes, (I am a former BMW and Audi owner) and they exceeded my expectations. I drove away with a beautiful Mercedes SUV with all the features I wanted, at the price I wanted. The salesman, Ray Jimenez was friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and accommodating. The finance manager, Pete Moneo, was very organized and it was a breeze to complete the paperwork. For me, this was by far the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience and I highly recommend this salesman and dealership. more

Overall this was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle and were impressed. Friendly, not pushy, quick transaction and a great price. Definitely recommend this dealership. However...We did purchase a pre-owned vehicle and was only provided one remote for the vehicle and no owners manual. This type of stuff is common when buying pre-owned ""as is"". For the remote, we were told and convinced that we may be able to get one with no cost. After 2 weeks of ""looking into it"" we were told we could purchase one. more
