Mercedes Benz Of Encino

I was referred to Mercedes-Benz of Encino by a personal friend and my wedding photographer Jack Caputo. Everything he told me turned out to be true and more. From the second I entered the dealership they were helpful, kind and generous. Even though I left there with the car of my dreams, I never felt pressured. I even received a better deal the. My lease was almost $100.00 less than all the other dealerships had quoted me. What a find this place was. I highly recommend them to everyone. You wont be disappointed. Pros: Thumbs up more

If you special order a Mercedes, keep on dreamin. My parents did, with 2 weeks to go before delivery, the car vanished into thin air. No one knows what happened to it. No one kept in contact with them. No reason why. I am sure they got it taken out from under them by another dealer, or it was never ordered in the first place. I feel sooo bad, because I got a car there and told them to go there when they wanted one. So they were told to wait 3 more months so another one could be ordered....NOT! yesterday they got a cadillac. WHATEVER! i have had a few problems with this dealership, my last words were go ahead and f--- with me, but you better not f--- with my folks, they did, so here we are! by the way, the car i have comes with tele-aid, it's like on-star, free for 1 year. i was never told this...it was never set up for me, i finally figured it out for myself and called mercedes, it's on now, but i lost 3 months worth.
