I live in the Mentor, OH area and dreaded going back to this dealership. However when I went in, I noticed that the name had changed and they told me their was new ownership…well...

Worst

after being treated so bad by this dealership,not just 1 time,but 2 times by this dealership,if customers were smart,go somewhere else for car.........

It's rare that I write reviews online. I only will do it when I receive exceptional service in some way shape or form. My salesman at Mentor Nissan was exceptional. Nick was able to walk me through setting up my phone with blue tooth and I am not good with tech stuff. He also was detailed with everything in the purchase process. I've never bought a new car before, and I couldn't be happier. more

Good price and fair trade in deal 5/1/2013

I am very happy with my new car and the deal I got on my trade in. Mentor Nissan was a little out of the way for me, but well worth it in the end. I bought an Altima in the fall and it was great all winter long. I was actually pretty impressed with both the gas mileage and how it was in the snow. If you go, ask for Dan G. He helped us. more

Very happy with the deal 4/18/2013

I dealt with Nick (the internet manager) at Mentor Nissan and was very happy with the deal I got. He definitely knows his stuff and is very fair. I would highly recommend buying a car from him there if you're like me and like to do a lot of research online first. more

Great dealership and a very knowledgeable salesman 4/17/2013

I've been in the auto industry for over 35 years and I know all the tricks of the trade. I've seen great and horrible dealerships. I can honestly say that Dan at Mentor Nissan was the best salesman my wife and I have ever dealt with. He knew all the ins and outs of each vehicle we looked at and knew exactly what to show us that would meet our needs without breaking the bank. We were completely satisfied with the entire transaction and love our new Nissan! more
