Men's Wearhouse

I had no idea there was a men's wearhouse location in the haywood mall until recently. I was in need of a suit and my son needed to rent a tuxedo for an event. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff were just as pleasant and helpful to myself as they were to my son. They did a great job altering my slacks and my sons tuxedo fit exactly how it was supposed to. Two of the employees, I believe David and Danielle are there names, did a GREAT job in thoroughly explaining how the tuxedo rental process works, and providing entertaining conversation. I recommend this store to everyone. more

My son rented a tux at the Mall store. He picked it up Saturday and return terms weren't discussed. He went to the prom and tried to return it Sun at 6PM. They were closing, saw him through the glass, but would not take the tux. We returned it Monday and they charged $20 for a late fee. We called the manager at the Mall store but she said, ""We aren't willing to waive the fee to maintain your business"". OK, I won't shop there again and I have spent lots of money there. I advise that others follow suit. Pros: Low price for tux rental Cons: Not worried about customers...too many more

The Men's Wearhouse outside Haywood Mall does have a tremendous selection and great service. However, I was fitted for a tux at their location INSIDE the Haywood Mall (Downstairs near Hollister) and was surprised to find they had a nice selection of ""the basics"" and a lot of casual wear. One thing that really surprised me was they had a nice selection of pre-tailored suits ready to go. I found a great Joseph Abboud suit for $299 (a-hundred-bucks-off) AND I used a $25 coupon they gave me for renting a tux there. The suit looked as good as the suits I have bought at Men's Wearhouse but didn't require the typical $50 of tailoring I'm used to. **BEST OF ALL** I had the full attention of my salesperson from the moment I entered the store, until I left a happy man. Their other store is so busy, I've never been so lucky. I've had to wait there as much as 30 minutes for service. Not their fault, but sometimes I don't have time to wait. Try the mall store their number is 864-987-0213 Pros: Great service, Great selection Cons: Too busy BUT... Try the mall more
