Horrible customer service. We used them for our wedding as a matter of convenience for groomsmen scattered across the country. We will NEVER purchase anything from them again. They messed up multiple groomsmen vests so we had three different vest on eight groomsmen, shirt sleeves did not fit, pants were too short, etc. I called to get this service corrected and was met by resistance. We did receive refunds for the vests, but not for anything further. The vests caused the entire tuxes to look wrong - the guys could not take photos with their jackets open and photos at the reception when their jackets came off show how truly it messed up the entire ascetic. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of interest in correcting this situation from this store specifically and plan to revisit with the national brand. The worst part in this whole situation has been dealing with the store employees who only seemed to be able to answer questions if they had an answer from a manual. No outside the box or understanding thinking here. Do NOT rent tuxes for your wedding here- you will be overcharged and run the risk of dealing with many mistakes which will not be corrected.
And to make the whole matter worse, not ONCE did someone from their store apologize about this. They immediately got defensive and started blaming my husband. I'm sorry tends to go a long way and they should learn that.
