Great place to take the kids 7/6/2006

I live down the road from this place and while I don't have any kids of my own I take others. I insist on it really and we always have a great time. The cost isn't expensive and they have great treats for those summer days. So if you are ever lost in what to do with the younger kids give this a place a go. PROS: cheep fun for the kiddies CONS: none more

Over 75+ rides for children - FUN FUN FUN 11/16/2005

You sure wouldn't think much of the Memphis Kiddie Park if you drove by it but don't sell yourself short. If you have small children then this is the place to go. They have at least 75 of the slower, fun rides for children that won't make them scared. They have putt-putt and a train as well. You could spend the day there with all there is to do and stop and eat there as well. more

Great For Youngsters 11/15/2005

This is a nice amusement park for little kids. My mom has pictures of all the times she took me, with wide smiles on my face in all the pictures. Even though the rides have changed since then (creating rides with the latest cartoon characters and lovable animals kids currently know), the concept has remained the same - small rides that small children can handle - everything is appropriate for their height, and is safe and fun for them. This is a great place for the smaller ones. You can buy a ticket book that you don't have to use the same day. You can return to use them. This place has been around for a long time. I remember it from when I was a kid. Reasonably priced and they offer food and drinks also just like the bigger amusement parks. more

Good for kids 11/11/2005

Memphis Kiddie park does not compare to Cedar Point and neither do they strive to. the name says it all- it is geared for kids, so if you have kids, this is a great place to go. It is compact, so little ones do not get tired out and you do not have to put them in a stroller just to get to the next ride. They have a number of the nostalgic traditional rides that bring back parents' childhoods. It is a great place for little ones to go on their first rides as there is no admission price and you just pay for the rides. Go early on summer weekends to have the place to yourself. more

Memphis Kiddie Park 11/10/2005

This is a GREAT place to spend an afternoon with your children! It is full of old rides (many of us remember being their as children!) geared toward children (all minature sized). You can buy a book of tickets at a discount and use them upon repeat visits. They have food their, or you can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy it in the parking lot (you can't bring food into the park). This park is VERY clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. This park has NO trees in it - so bring your sunblock and hats because it is VERY hot and sunny on a summer day! The older kids can also play miniature golf and video games in the back. more

Great for young tots 11/8/2005

Memphis Kiddie Park has been a favorite in our family for decades. We always bring a new generation of children to enjoy the park. They have gentle, slow rides appropriate for a smaller kid, which is so nice since so many theme parks are centered around high-thrill rollercoasters for older people. more

Great fun for lil ones 11/2/2005

I love the kiddie park. My kids do too. We have had 2 birthday day parties here. You get a lot of bang for your buck. The kids get to ride for 2 hours and then get popcorn and a balloon. You can bring your own cake and have it at the birthday pavillion. It is the best value in the area. more

Perfect Amusement Park for Little kids. 9/14/2005

Having been one of my own favorite places to go when I was a kid, I now can give that memory to my children. The tickets never expire, so if you've misplaced a packet 5 years ago and just come across it you can still use them. They are reasonably priced in ticket costs, food, and the miniature golf area. I loved this place when I was little and now we take my son there. It is great and he loves it. The price is fair too! One ticket per ride and you can play miniature golf when you are done on the rides. Clean too! more

Unlike Cedar Point or bigger parks, this park is just the right size for younger kids. My kids love all the rides that are geared to them and the admission price is reasonable too. more

Terrific For Small Tots 9/2/2005

While older kids have Cedar Point and Six Flags to go to, younger and smaller kids need smaller rides that are slower, more calm, and safe for their tiny bodies. Memphis Kiddie Park has this - a hundred or so colorful, slow-paced rides that kids love to go on. Boats, flying rockets, trains that go in circles - kids are always happy and smiling here. It's big enough to get a variety of rides, but small enough so they don't get cranky and tired. more

Fun place for kids and parents alike! 7/25/2005

Memphis kiddie park is the place to take your child in Cleveland! Lots of fun for little ones I have never met a kid who didnt love visiting this place for a day. Tickets are cheap and you can buy them by the book and rip them out as needed. They dont expire so use them as long as youd like! The rollercoaster is usually a favorite and although it is a bit bumpy its rare you'll only be on it once while you are there (kids love it!). Food, drinks and other fun stuff can be purchased or brought and the location is great. Ample parking allows everyone to fit, even on a busy day and the overall atmosphere is wonderful! Taking a child to kiddie park is something they will never ever forget! PROS: FUN FUN FUN! Kids love the place and parents love the prices! CONS: If it rains they close so be sure to go on a sunny day! more

Great fun for the little ones 7/24/2005

If you have young children (ages from about 1 to 7) this is the place to take them to get used to amusement parks and rides. Prices are reasonable so you can visit more often than you would the larger parks. Plenty of parking. Various rides for the small fry, miniature golf for the older kids and consession stands. more

Nothing much to look at .. but 7/23/2005

You can almost pass up the Memphis Kiddie Park on Memphis Ave, and the speed limit there is 25 MPH :) It's right off the street, and a gem of a park for your young ones. You'll find many differnet rides, concession stands, plenty of parking, and even minature golf! This park is close enough and inexpensive enough where you can take your young children often, and you won't hurt your pocketbook either. more

Kids love this place 7/8/2005

This is a nice little amusement park to take small children to. It is great for ages 2 years through 6 years of age. They have several rides and even a small roller coaster that Mom or Dad can ride on with the little ones, and a train ride in the Kiddie park. They also have a miniture golf course. If you are looking for some place to take the kids where they can have a fun time I highly recommend this little kiddie park. The prices are average, and they have a large parking lot. more

My kids love this little park 6/4/2005

My kids have such a fun time when they visit Memphis Kiddie Park, they have a lot of rides for little kids. It is pretty much for ages 1 through 7 years old. It is mostly set up for little kids. They have a small roller coaster that bigger kids can ride and a train and Merry Go Round. They have the small boats and cars for the little tykes. If you are looking for a place to take your little ones I recommend this Kiddie Park. The kids will have a great time. You can buy tickets by the book and this will save a little money. more

Memphis Kiddie Park has been around since I was a kid. Watching my son run around having a great time reminds me of how much I loved this place as a child. It's very reasonably priced and you can do it in a few hours. Definitely a great place to take the kids. more

Amusement Park 5/18/2005

This is a must stop for kids under the age of 12 every year. For those over 12 - there is a miniature golf course. But Memphis Kiddiepark is a good way to introduce the little ones to amusement parks. more
