Good for young children 8/20/2005

Memphis Kiddie Park is a good place to take very young children. Those over 6 will be quickly bored by the smaller rides, but the littlest ones will love it. There is a Ferris wheel and other small carnival attractions with a concession stand and a mini golf course. It is also not as insanely expensive as the big theme parks. more

Who doesn't love Minature Golf & More 8/18/2005

If you're not careful, you could pass up the Memphis Kiddie park, even going the mandatory 25 MPH, which is enforced quite often there. Ü This is a great park for your young ones. You'll find many different sorts of rides, plenty of parking, concession stands and minature golf. It' very inexpensive where you can take your young children and you won't hurt your pocketbook that much. more

fun for kids 7/27/2005

If you have young children (ages from about 1 to 7) this is the place to take them to get used to amusement parks and rides. Prices are reasonable so you can visit more often than you would the larger parks. Plenty of parking. Various rides for the small fry, miniature golf for the older kids and consession stands. more

Great for young kids 7/8/2005

This is a small amusement park for small children. The problem with big amusement parks is the rides are geared towards bigger kids - they're faster and require you to be a certain height, which kids under seven don't fall in. Memphis Kiddie Park offers small boat rides, a tiny ferris wheel, a merry-go-round, small trains on a track, a circular rocket ride, and dozens of rides of the likes for tiny children. They have fun birthday parties with unlimited rides, boxes of popcorn, and balloons. It's a great place for kids - they love it!!! more
