Memphis Carpet Repair really came through for us.
Two weeks ago, the town experienced a hard freeze. One of our pipes broke, which caused our carpet and the padding underneath to get soaking wet. It was difficult to get a company out to our home to repair the carpet because everyone was dealing with more work than they could handle. One of the companies we called referred us to Memphis Carpet Repair.
When we called them, the owner, Jeff, said he would be able to come out to our home the next day. He had some cancellations before our appointment, so he actually ended up arriving earlier than scheduled. He took down all of the information he needed and scheduled the repair for 8:30am the next day. He arrived exactly on time for the job and fixed everything by himself. It took him about 2.5 hours to lay out the new padding, re-tack the carpet, then sanitize and shampoo everything. The carpet was ready to be walked on two hours after Jeff left. It was all done perfectly.
We would give Jeff and his business nothing but the highest marks. It was a really good experience. Price was very fair, too.
