Excellent physicians- world renowned and nice- and very supportive nurses and medical staff! Scheduled so your not waiting excessively. The waiting room is beautiful- large fish tank, and coffee/ tea. I'm amazed that staff can be so uplifting, and encouraging with so so pleasant circumstances. They all work so well together, which is important. I looked into three different hospital groups, and clearly this was the right choice ffr me!!! more

My elderly mother had cancer and we used this facility. The doctors are exceptional, the nurses are warm and caring, but the appointment desk was a nightmare. You are kept on hold for excessive amounts of time, appointments are scheduled for you without asking which times and dates are best. They have also changed appointments on me without telling me, subsequently making me take off a day of work and drive my mom down there for no reason at all. When I became annoyed and upset about this, the ""director"" Sandy had the nerve to yell back at me. They scheduled an appointment for my mom on a day when I couldn't bring her, and the receptionist was reluctant to change it, saying that I didn't need to accompany her and to send her in a cab. Doctors and nurses have outstanding people skills, while the rest of the staff is horrible. Not worth it. Pros: good doctors and nurses Cons: secretarial staff needs serious training more
