The experiences my daughters have had at this office has been excellent. The team is very caring and understanding, as well as prompt and flexible. The Drs. Are very patient with the kids and makes sure they talk with each of these young clients to ensure understanding of their treatment and reduce anxieties. I also really like the accessibility of appointments and reminders through the use of email and the internet more

I was very impressed with all of the staff at the Ghent Road location. From the first call to the office I was greeted with kind words and was helped with what I needed to do. When we got to the office all of the staff was professional and took the time to talk to my child and to make both of us feel comfortable. It was a welcoming combination of professionals who were knowledgable and kind. Thank you. more

Usually going to the doctor or dentist is not something I tend to look forward to but the atmosphere at the orthodontics office is so pleasant and friendly that my son and I always leave our appointment with a smile. I am so glad we were referred to this group of professionals to treat my child! more

The office is very professional and courteous. We didn't feel pressured into any treatment or time frame. They worked with us so we received the most out of our insurance and medical fund. They offered several payment options. Just overall a friendly office. We chose them even though they were not a preferred doctor on our insurance and have been very pleased with treatment. more

I love you guys!! You guys really and truly care about your patients and dont just treat them as a dollar sign, You really take the time to explain what you are going to do to the patient and that really calms me down when i have to go. When i first got my braces i was scared and i didnt want to get my wire tightened, but i was reassured that it would only hurt for a little while after and that the pain was worth it and i would have streight teeth in the end! It gave me a sign of hope and now i love to go! more

I really liked my visit at Mellion Orthodontics. I love the sign in button and i was gotton by the nurse literally as soon as i sat down from brushing my teeth. The nurse that i had was wonderful! She was soooo nice! She created a very nice conversation! She asked me how i was and other stuff that made my visit so much better! Going to the Ortho is defenitly not a thing i dread, i actually kinda enjoy it :) more

My son had a tooth up in his gum when he had his braces put on and I was told that it would fall into place once his teeth made room for it. After only a year of having his braces on, the tooth is down in place and his teeth look great! Thanks Mellion orthodontics more

Very professional and kid-friendly!! The weekly contests are cool and the tokens for prizes provide additional incentive to take great care of your teeth. Both of my daughters received their braces from the Mellions. They both look great and have terrific smiles as a result. more

We are a family of six and five of us are already patients at Mellion Orthodontics. You couldn't find more caring,friendly and professional doctors or a friendlier staff. The doctors as well as the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable at each visit. They all do excellent work and make sure you are happy with your results. Everyone at Mellion Orthodontics is wonderful with children as well as adults. Excellent practice! more
