My hair always looked great. She does a great job. Just don't expect her to show up on time. 90% of my appointments -- she was late at least 20-30 minutes. Sometimes 1-2 hours. I finally left because I refuse to pay someone money who has no respect for my time. more

If you are looking for quality hair and a quality install. You need to go to Melessa's Weave Palace in Baltimore. I have had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Melessa and I was truly impressed with the finished look. Unfortunately I had employment loss and had to seek other stylist that were not even close to touching Melessa. Melessa did my install in April of 2011 and I am still using the same hair!!!..after many, many , many washes and installs. It's unbelievable!! The hair that she purchases and does the installs with is remarkable and you get what you pay for. I will never ever buy store hair again for an install. Go see Melessa!!! She is everything that she says she is..find out for yourself!! more

Hi Melessa,\r I would like to give my testimony on how fully satisfied I'm with your service. In the past I have visited many salons where I felt uncomfortable with my surroundings or I left with a style I never requested. I normally am the type of client that believe in perfection when it comes to everything I do or have done to myself. After many visits with several salons I have narrowed it down to at least 2 stylist I prefer to handle my head, and you are #1 on my list when it comes to weaves, patience, and sociability. I needed to find a hair stylist closer to me. I found Melessa's Ultimate Hair Design in Middletown, DE on the internet. I was skeptical at first, because I don’t like switching hair stylists. I was pleased with Melessa’s work. She listened to what I wanted and provided expertise that would keep my hair healthy. She was very courteous and professional. I like the privacy of the appointments and no waiting time. She worked on my hair from start to finished, without me having to sit and wait to fit other clients in during my appointment time. It was a wonderful change. I would recommend her to anyone.\r more

Once the weave choice has been determined she goes to work maticulously creating a beautiful style that will last for weeks.
