Took my Family for an Immigration physical and had a great experience. Our lawyers sent us there to get our INS physical done needed for our green card. They took us right in the same day, and did all of our physicals, and told us to come back in a few days later to pick up our labs and results. All and all the entire process was about a week and they sent the entire package to our lawyers. Now that they have our medical paper work there, we are going back there if we need anything else. Prices were quite fair and the staff/doctors very professional and respectful to us. Recommend! more

I found their name on a government web site and took my girl friend in for a immigration physical\r I have to say they were really nice and facilitated everything for us\r first of all we didn't have the form which they furnished to us, the price was just right as well.\r Their nurse or medical assistant took us to the lab and completed all the lab work and asked us to come 48 hours later for review of the test results. The doctor performed a medical exam and we were out the door in less than an hour for the entire process! Can you believe that in a doctors office?\r \r I was also very impressed with this gorgeous office, they had marble floors and columns all over, I felt like I had walked in to the lobby of some classy hotel in Vegas as opposed to a doctors office. The staff was real easy going as well.\r \r My girl friend and I came back 2 days later and everything was ready, signed and stamped for us to take.\r I recommend this place for any one who needs to get their physicals done and doesn't like a long wait and prefers Cheaper prices.\r \r they got our vote, for sure we are going back again!\r \r \r \r AWSOME CLINIC! The doctor at this clinic sold drugs, lost his medical license for five years, and recently reopened this clinic. They require their patients to sign papers that give up their doctor-patient confidentiality. They also require the patients to pay a $5,000 fee for every negative comment made against the clinic. These are all hidden in the stack of papers they give their patients. The clinic's receptionist has been arrested for harrassment against patients who have made negative comments about the clinic. What they are doing is illegal and morally wrong. I recommend everyone to stay away from this clinic and read any paperwork carefully. more

The below Review from Shannon K. came from a Woman who brought in a young under age student in the clinic. First of all the woman's name is NOT (Shannon K, this is a FAKE name she is using) refused to show an ID to the staff to identify herself as a legal guardian of the young student to see if in fact she actually had authorization to allow the clinic to treat the young girl. Secondly, she refused to show the ID for the young student. which is the policy of 99% of the medical facilities. Third she refused to sign any paper work for the young student who was under 18 years of age in order for the staff to see the patient. I do NOT know any hospital or a clinic who would give service to any individual who refuses to identify who they are via a Valid ID and who also refuses to fill out and sign any paper work. It is like cashing a check in a bank without an ID and signing the back of the check. To make matters more complicated, the woman made a scene in the office that scared the other patients which was captured on the Video Cameras. This woman was NOT given any paper work after she refused to sign them and present an ID. The paper work was disposed of. However, she is posting the office contract here because she came back the next day and stole the papers from the office while the staff was busy with the patients. This was captured on a video as well, and now the law enforcement is involved to see who she was. This was a Complete set up to tarnish the good reputation of this office and I am sure there will be legal consequences that will follow. I was there and saw the entire incident! We were REFUSED service today because I would not let my 18 year old exchange student sign what they call a NON-DISPARAGEMENT AND NON PUBLIC COMMENT AGREEMENT. This form was placed in the middle of a large stack of papers she was required to sign before she could see a Dr. Thank goodness I took the time to read what she was signing.\r \r By signing this agreement the patient agrees to pay MMC a minimum of $5000 if they receive bad service and post a negative comment or review about MMC online or say anything negative about them in public. Signing this agreement also voids your confidentiality rights required under the HIPPA act.\r #2 on this document they make you sign states:. Patient agrees that he or she will not make any disparaging public comments about MMC doctors, employees or any services provided.\r \r #3 states: Patient stipulates and agrees that the Patient shall be liable to MMC for any disparaging public comments made. Patient agrees and stipulates that the amount of such liability shall be no less than $5,000 per comment. I think I found the answer.\r \r I contacted a lawyer this morning and they recommended that I file a complaint with the Florida Medical Review Board documenting all correspondence that has occurred from the clinic about this paperwork. I had a stroke in 2001 at the ripe old age of 21, since then I have had this pain in my right leg that would come and go as well as sesitivity to cold or heat, well about a month ago it became constant...unbearable pain and coldness and some slight swelling.....They got be in without an appointment and the doctor thought I should get an ultrasound to rule out a clot....it was not a clot...but if it were he would have saved my life and the life of my 3 childrens mother(me) he told me that what I have is RSD...its like a neurophathy (at least the clot could be removed,lol) but to actually have a doc give me a name for what was going on and trat me for it and to be conserned really means alot to me, alot of docs dont care about you these days its all about money. I had felt sick the whole day, my throat began throbbing in the evening, and when I looked I was sure I had strep throat because my kid had it as well. I was freaking out, I saw all these white patchs and it was late in the evening. I have NO insurance, and I didn't want go to the Emergency room and wait for hours and pay a big price at the end. I called around and all the clinics were closed or had stopped taking patients in. Hence i just started to drive toward the ER, on my way I saw the sign for MELBOURNE MEDICAL CLINIC, I thought they were closed so I just quickly looked in just in case, and the door was open, the lights were off and the staff was leaving. I told them my story and one of the girls opened backed up and asked the doctor if he could wait and see me as well, and they did. I paid a little price, and they gave a prescription after the doctor examined me. I was so happy, they took me in, I didn't want wait and I did not want do the ER! I paid only 70.00 dollars and I was out the door with some sample medicine and a prescription. Who can beat that late at night????????? WOW I really loved it, will go back for sure, I highly recommend the place, Urgent care was never easier! I will keep these people on my re-dial on my phone! Thanks for taking me in so LATE! more

One of my Employees got hurt at our office, and its was late in the afternoon. We made a few calls to local clinics and every single one of them stopped taking patients an hour before. Finally, we called MELBOURNE MEDICAL CLINIC, and they told us just to send our employee in with his workers comp papers and document. WE were so impressed, they had no problems accommodating him in. The papers were faxed over to them and their doctor treated our employee. They even made an appointment for him for his x-ray and then faxed everything over to the insurance company, we never had to do anything beside making the initial phone call. From now on I am sending all of our employees that get hurt at work to MELBOURNE MEDICAL CLINIC. They can even do our DOT physicals and our Employment physicals without any appointments necessary now that's great service in our busy schedule! I love it, and highly recommend this place. I took my sick mother there, and they were really nice taking care of her with all her medical needs. The doctor was real caring and made sure he gave us some samples of medicines that we normally had to buy. This girl Nadia heshmati was real helpful, she helped us with locating our doctor and getting my mother's medical records faxed over to them. After that she made sure that the medications were called in so when we get to our pharmacy we didn't have to wait at all. Finally she was real caring and nice and helped my mother with her anxiety of seeing the doctor. Later I learned from one of the staff that she has a Masters degree in psychology and was teaching in a local university, no wonder she was so Nice to us. Now I know next time my kid needs a school physical or I get hurt at my job and got to use my workers comp, I need to come to Melbourne medical center. I have to say they were not kidding when they say caring staff and cheap prices I walked in to this very nice office with marble floors, and around 10 minutes later after filling out all the paper work i was in the exam room waiting for the doctor. They had a very nice doctor that not only helped me with traditional medicine but he also told me many ways of naturally take care of my problem He was so nice and he took a lot of time with me I am going to bring my kids there and come back for my yearly pap, i hear the Physician assistant there is really nice with doing yearly exams! A Friend told me this was a great place, since I am from NYC and didn't know where to go when i got in to town, I called my freind. He told me to go to one place if I was feeling sick, and i didn't know if i could afford the hospital ER prices. I have to say its always better to Plan ahead rather than fall short.
