I have been going to Dr. Melamed for more than 20 years. I decided to try another dentist because I moved 60 miles away. The new dentist I went to asked me who my former dentist was, and I told him Family Dental Connection. He said: OH! a clinic they are not good, you should not go there. After the xrays came back the new dentist examined my teeth, and he said! Hummm your dental work looks very good. I now travel 60 miles to go to Dr. Malamed he is gentle, competent and he has very fair prices. There is no other dentist for me. more

Best Dentist in Sylmar 2/8/2011

I recently went in for a cleaning. While in the chair, my old crown on my upper front tooth came off. Dr. Melamed fixed my tooth immediately and it looks better than before. I am very happy with the job he did on my front tooth. I could have paid big bucks for a veneer but this crown is doing its job and looks great! I highly recommend Dr. Melamed for all of your dental needs. His staff is great too! more
