When Dave was finishing the installation of our new front door, we noticed that the door looked slanted. Rather than making the door square in the frame and level, he bowed our interior trim to give the illusion that the door was straight. The next day, the door still looked like it wasn't level. We then used a level on the top and side of the door to confirm that the bubble was not centered and was touching the black. After expressing our concerns, Dave agreed to come back out and take a look. He said we were too picky and refused to redo the installation or refund our money and now we have an improperly hung door that needs to be redone.
