We really appreciated Marco helping us with getting our brakes fixed. We were from out of town and were really in a bind. He got the parts fast and fixed it quickly. Thank you!

I got an oil change at Meineke Car Care Center and I couldn't believe how inexpensive they were when I checked out. I will definitely be getting my oil changes here from now on. Thank you for that great bargain and the quality work. more

These Guys Were Great! 7/14/2011

I had a problem with the transmission on my Mazda MPV. I took it to the dealership. They said that I needed to replace the transmission. I asked for an explanation why and was not given very good information on what the problem was. When pressed for an answer, the service consultant said that they would not diagnose the problem with the transmission -- rather they identified that there was a problem and the solution was to replace the entire thing, which I was told would cost $4,700. A day later I was told the price was $3,700. Rather than have the dealer fix the transmission, I took the car to Meineke in Sterling and they figured out that my transmission was fine. There was a problem with the transmission control module, which they replaced for thousands less than the dealership. The guys at Meineke were great. They did what they said they would do and the cost was reasonable given the magnitude of the problem. more

Highly Recommended 7/13/2011

This really is the best auto shop in Sterling. I came in with a spewing radiator, serious doubts about my future in car-ownership, and a check engine light that had been on and stayed on through visits to multiple other repair shops. Meineke gave me a new radiator/hoses, great customer service, and a new found hope in my car. I really appreciate the swift service, open communication, and really wonderful experience overall I had here. more

World Class 7/13/2011

I'm not really a car guy, and that is why I am hesitant of going to mechanics because I am afraid they will see through me and rip me off. However, at Meineke they have always treated me with respect and courtesy. I bought a used truck, and they helped me with everything from a realignment to a new paint job. They always explain the process to me, and break everything down so that even I can understand. And above all they do a good job, but for a reasonable price. more

Took my Prius to Meineke last week and I received outstanding service and technical expertise! I have always received great customer and car care service from this Meineke and I want to especially Say thanks to your manager! You have a star in him and his team! Thanks for a quality experience! I have sent my wife here with her care and brought my own vehicles here on a regular basis...and will continue to do so! more

With Meineke, it's different. They are always open about things, honest and always available. I was in for an oil change and I got just that (along with a general inspection of my vehicle and a check of my tire pressure and fluids). It's the first time EVER that a mechanic didn't try to sell me a new filter or tell me I needed a radiator flush. I'll definitely bring my car back to Meineke Car Care. more

They saved my car! 6/17/2011

I brought my car to Meineke on the recommendation of a friend and boy oh boy should I be thanking my friend. I will send everyone I know that needs transmission work to Meineke. They saved my car from the trash heap and my bank account from zero! My 140,000 mile car now runs like new after they fixed a few things at a great price! Thanks guys! more

Best service in town. Always pleasant, courteous, and I always feel comfortable with pricing too. But the product is perhaps most important. My car, tires, etc get me where I need to go safely and comfortably. Very grateful to have this place to bring my car to. more

I had been to this location 2 twice for A/C problems. I had to take it back the third time, very upset. I spoke with Jared the last 2 times I was there. On my last visit, Jared, really needs to be commend. Hopefully he took care of the problem this time.. He was very nice and courteous. He did not charge me for this visit. Most companies when they see a women walk in the door, their eyes become dollar bills, but not Jared. If Jared treats all of the women customers like he did me, I am sure his business will grow much more. The best advertisement is word of mouth. I will recommend others to this location. more

I will take it back there for anything else I need. 5/17/2011

Took my 1999 car in for a total check up and tune up. They did a reasonable job but for the most part it seemed like they did a thorough inspection of everything. Changed the oil, flushed the transmission and the car is running great. I will take it back there for anything else I need. more
