We really appreciated Marco helping us with getting our brakes fixed. We were from out of town and were really in a bind. He got the parts fast and fixed it quickly. Thank you!

I've had some pretty horrible experiences with car shops so it was extra refreshing to come here. I felt as an equal, even though I'm a woman, they didn't talk at me. They've made a regular out of me. Great job! more

Mike is the best...so friendly and honest. I brought my car in because the transmission died and Mike had it replaced super quick. He even threw in an oil change and tire rotation on the house!! I will definitely bring my car back for any future needs. more

I came in because I had a coupon for a $19.95 oil change and at first I didn't think they were going to do a good job since it was so cheap but I have to say the guy who did the oil change on my car did a really good job. I have gotten oil changes that cost more and my car didn't feel right, but here they did a real good job. Definitely recommend Mineke. more

I have no reason to go anywhere else for scheduled maintenance of my vehicles, because Meineke always takes great care of my cars. The people who work there are also very cool, I always learn a thing or two from them. more

Oil Change Needed 8/9/2011

I am about 1,000 miles past when I was suppose to get my oil changed. I went into Meineke Car Care Center to finally get it done. They were so nice and friendly right when I walked in the door. From that alone I will always go to Meineke Car Care Center, it also didn't hurt that they did a fantastic job on my car either. Thank you so much for taking care of me. more

I cannot express how fantastic the customer service was that I was given at your store. I immediately called my mother and told her about it. She was in your store and has made an appointment to have her car fixed. The team member expressed that they did not want me to leave the store with a undriveable car; I was glad to listen to their advice. The next day I returned to complete the work on my car. Once again I wanted to thank the whole team for the wonderful customer service that was given. more
