I have not only rec'd a quote for a part my car doesn't have (tranny filter for my V70) when I got the service done elsewhere the tech/manager from this center called to tell me I owe an additional $14 for an oil change I had earlier in the day (extra oil apparently) and that I needed to find another place to go because I didn't get my service done there. Now I have a leaking oil seal and have to go get the oil service done over tomorrow. RUDE AND DISHONEST more

I would never take my car here, sure everything is fine until they ruin your car and don't do anything about it. I wish I can say more but my Lawyers told me to wait until the LAWSUIT is over. Please take my word for it go somewhere else and check all work done to your car. Bull people can change, still the same ""stupid"" employees had Patrick the mananger tell me that he had had some real ""stupid"" people working for him. more

I returned last month for maintenance and it was a complete 180 from the last time. I'm not sure if it's new ownership/management or what have you, I didn't bother asking, but it was a good experience and they definitely deserve my residual business now. I'm glad they changed things around. (: more

Took Care Of My Lancer 10/17/2011

Long story short, the mechanic took care of everything my Lancer needed, for much less than was quoted. He really worked with me on a personal level to get all the issues resolved. And resolved them he has. Now my Lancer runs like a dream, it's actually fun to drive again. more

Just an Update From Steshee.. 6/24/2011

Well here is an update Mr. I worked on Your car. My brakes are still f*cked. They make horrible noises, but nobody can figure out the problem and say that they have plenty of pad left. As it has not even been 20,000 miles since I last saw you. What you did? I have not a clue. I can't afford to have them replaced, or I don't know even know what to have done to them. Either way, I can't afford it. You ripped off a single Mom. At least I know that I will never openly trust another mechanic shop AGAIN. Another update, that wiring you fixed..Well it hasn't worked in awhile. That left turn signal wiring issue, yeah, that went out..AGAIN. After you fixed it..And charged me for it. The horn you fixed? That doesn't work either. It makes some funky noise that makes it embarrassing to honk on. So now I cannot even express how upset I am when people cut me off...And lastly, Yes, the door did hit. However, the back door hit the front door when opened on the passenger side. Not the front door hitting the fender. Obviously, you did something to it. You claim that it was listed on the paperwork, yet the guy just defended himself saying you don't do body work. He said nothing about what your claiming happened. You would think that would be an important thing to bring up. You should be careful, as I am sure you know the saying, ""For every good experience, a person may share with one friend. But for every bad experience, a person will share with EVERYONE."" I still hate you guys every time I drive my car. I kick myself in the ass to think that I was so dumb and naive to think that an ""Auto Shop"" would take care of a young, single Mom. You guys get your money wherever you can. No matter who you have to deceive. P.S You should probably learn what Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation are. It might help you sound a little more intelligent and get your point across just a tad better. more

Exhaust Repair 5/30/2011

We took our car in to get an exhaust repair because it was making an odd sound. They checked it out, gave an estimate and then repaired it just as described. Courteous and helpful people. I would recommend them. more

***Update***\r November 9th, 2011\r \r I have finally had to take my car into a family owned mechanic shop that has a fantastic reputation! The wiring issue that was previously fixed by Meineke that failed within the following year or two, was fixed and works great at $90. The problem with my brakes? Oh yeah, Meineke put a cracked Rotor on my car. I now have to pay to have them replaced, AGAIN! Meineke is a rip off, and I will continue to ensure that EVERYONE knows about this. Another thing that has me wondering, when I took my car into Meineke it had 35,000 miles. They told me the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. However, at 26,000 miles later, I am told that I still have 90% of my brake pads remaining. So how is it that I would have needed my brakes done at 35,000 miles, along with the rotors? Probably didn't, just another thing Meineke said I needed so that they could rip me off.\r \r **Previous Review**\r \r I needed to have my brakes done among other things. I took my car to the meineke in Hillsboro, and I told them about my brakes, fuel filter, and that my left turn signal didn't work in front nor the reverse lights. I was assured that it would be taken care of, I felt good about this and left my car in their care. I received a call later that day to tell me that they needed to replace to front rotors as well and they wouldn't make it in until the following morning. I borrowed a car, and left it there overnight. I came in the next day to pick it up. They were still waiting on a part from Ford, so I agreed to bring the car in later that week. However, I received the bill and they billed me for a bunch of crap that I didn't ask for such as $20 for cleaning the battery off?!?! For all this, my bill totalled almost $900. I was upset as I feel they saw it as an opportunity to take advantage of a young girl. Either way, I thought that things would be working better and I took the car. The brakes were still squeeling, but they said to give it 1000 miles first, and the passenger door was for some reason hitting the fender? I brought it in the following Friday for the last part. The guy agreed not to charge me for the labor. I brought up the door hitting the fender, and he proceeded to tell me that I was lying and wasn't I aware my car had been in an accident? Well no duh, I am the one who put it in that accident, but my door was not doing that before. I told I would never bring my car back again, he said, ""Really? After I did that free labor for you?"" and he threw my keys at me. This was 7000 miles ago and now my brakes are grinding and never stopped squeeling. I also have a coolant leak somewhere. I honestly believe that this place creates problem so that you bring your car back. I refuse to go there again. I kick myself in the ass everytime I think of how stupid I was to take my car there and pay that much. Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: Everything more
