Well, I'm very sorry the customer feels that way but the truth is there where only three of these hoses available in the u.s.a and i was lucky to be able to get one . The dealer would have maid her wait just as long if not longer. We also discounted the ticket for the inconvenience. Which we didn't have to do! more

i have been many places to have work done to my car but no one did it as quick and as good of a job as meineke i had my cv axles and my brakes replaced i also had my radiator replaced all at very good prices they were very helpful carlos and ben two of their techs do outstanding work ben replaced my radiator and carlos did my breaks and cv's i RECOMMEND meineke to everyone i know and you should go there they are great!!! more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I took my X-Terra to be fixed (needed to change the gas hose) and I was told that it was a dealer part. I left my car on Thursday and the person told me that the part should arrive on Monday. I told him that I was going to be out of town, but would pick up the car on Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday first thing in the morning and was informed that the part was delayed and was not arriving probably until Tuesday or Wednesday. The person then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me any more details because the guy I originally dealt with was off. I asked him if he could call the dealer to find out more details about when the part was expected to arrive, he said that he could not do it and I needed to wait for my contact to return from his day off. What kind of service is that??? If the guy had decided to quit, would they ever be able to find out the status of the part ordered? My Audi 4000S was in need of new brakes and I had just received a Meineke flyer, so I figured I'd check them out. I got there and they did the free brake check and what not, and they came and told me I needed new pads + rotors and it would cost me about $250. They also said it would only take a few hours at most. I told them it needed to be only a few hours because I had to go in to work in the afternoon. I sat at that place for 4 hours while they fiddled around with my car, until it was time for me to go to work. My car was in no condition to be driven and the few hours they said it would take wound up being 4 days. Don't choose Meineke, you can get a better deal and not waste your time. more
