I want be back i went for a gas smell i ended up paying 344 for a fuel pump that i didnt need i took the car back because it still smelled of gas i was charged another 90 for a diagnostic test only to b told something else was wrong i took it to another car place they found the issue right away it wasnt the fuelpump or anything else they recommend so i was jipped of over 400 dollars i dont recommend and i wish i could get my money back and the manager was very unprofessional about the situation more

I took my car in due to a power steering leak. They power washed my car because they couldn't find exactly where my power steering leak was coming from but they agreed it was definitely a power steering leak because how bad the hose was covered. While power washing my car they damaged my brake line but instead of taking ownership they told me there was no leak in power steering but now my brake line is ruined! WHAT? I drove 5 mins without my filter &' the owner stated it was because of the worker'a lack of sleep. I was refunded my 45$ for the 1 hour of absolute headache. I really wish they would just own up to their mistake &' take care of that brake line! more

Went here to get a simple oil change. I only had $30 to spend so I asked guy behind the desk how much will it be before they even touched my car. He assured me it would be $28 including tax after a 40 min wait I went to pay and he told me it came out to be $48!!! I was furious! He told me I would have a $10 check mailed to me. I ended up having to use some of my money I had for a very important bill I was going to pay after I left there! ended up not being able to pay my bill until the next day and had a $50 late charge. I would not have got an oil change if I knew it would of been that much! These people are money hungry and will say anything to get you in. Beware when going to this place! more

Randall took his time explaining to me what was wrong with my vehicle. They really do care about helping me. It was very unfortunate that Joe has left them. He took care of me and made me feel welcome. If the owner would just listen to Randall and stop trying to talk over him the shop would do so much better. more

Had to go in for an oil change, did not have to schedule an appointment. Nor did I have to pay outrageous amounts. Customer service was outstanding, felt like they genuinely had the interests of the customer in mind. more

I'm very critical about who I take my car to. I drive a 98 Mercedes, and it can sometimes be hard to find techs that can do good work at a reasonable price. Originally, I pulled into Integrity for a simple oil change. I bought my own oil (Special stuff I like to use), and was given an extremely fair price. During the oil change, one of the technicians found that the plug on my oil pan had been damaged from the last oil change, and required a whole new oil pan. Joe, the customer service advisor, immediately went to work locating the hard to find oil pan, and gave me a quote. I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of cash that day (I just stopped in for an oil change!), but Joe worked out a very fair deal with me, and IMMEDIATELY ordered the part. The following day, Joe contacted me with an update that the part had not come on time, and they would need another day to complete the work. I'm a business owner, and rely heavily on my car. If I can't drive, I can't feed my family. The guys at Integrity not only finished my car early that following day, they also rented a car for me! I got my Mercedes back in EXCELLENT condition. No oil marks, or mystery stains. The work they did on my oil pan is remarkable. Not a drop to be seen. I am thoroughly impressed. Everyone in the shop is friendly and personable. Very clean and organized bays. I will definitely be doing business with them again. I can't say enough good about these guys. Thanks again to Joe, Jack, and Randall for everything! more
