This is the absolute worst place ever. I have had to bring my car here 6 times this year alone. 3 of those times were something that they messed up on or "missed." They are not thorough when it comes to checking the cars and have the worst customer service. Originally it was supposed to take a week, with no charge because it's something that they should have caught. But every time I call to check on the status, they keep pushing the date farther back. It is ridiculous. This isn't the first time I've had problems here and will never return again after this. They constantly make mistakes and don't seem apologetic for anything including the fact that they keep changing the day on me every time I call. Do not go here, you are better off somewhere trustworthy and time efficient. more

I was referred from Discount Tire, and I needed an alignment done. When I got there, I decided to get a bunch more work done. They gave me a discount from a current coupon I had. Have used this business in the past, they do not make the customer a priority unless they know you. In 12/2012 I took my 86 Mazda in to have work done on it, Jason told me I had a crushed bushing that needed to be replaced. Total parts & Labor $350-$400. They kept it 3 1/2 weeks, then said the yoke had to be machined. That added another $250 onto the job. Got the truck back and the seal to the tailpipe is leaking, the same day it was "fixed". I was given a 6 month warranty and even called Jason to set an appointment to bring truck back to get it fixed, took it back on the day he set, Jason lied and said yoke had not been machined, but sanded, then the next day he said it was a new yoke installed. Now he says it can't be fixed unless the drive shaft is replaced. They have worked on that same truck for two years, and now say I have to replace drive shaft. And Jason told me this morning that the truck cannot be fixed. He charged me $658., did not repair correctly, did not bother to fix it when Jason set the appointment 3/22/13, they left it in their parking lot. Jason lied and said that they didn't get the outside seal, and only replaced the inner seal. He is not going to honor the warranty that I have in writing, plus I asked several times for a copy of the work order and they would not give me a break down of the work down on the vehicle. "Why attempt a repair if you do not have the parts?" I took the truck to Pep Boys and they looked at the truck and quoted $162.14 to fix what Jason stated "can't be fixed." And he had charged me $658. This guy has no honor, and I even recorded him contradicting himself in lies regarding work performed. I will be taking him to court. Jason I'll see you in court and with 5 on my side as well. I have proof that you intentionally ripped me off and charged me for services and repairs that were not performed. more

We always get great service from Jason and his team at Choice. A HUGE savings over going to the dealership and he stands behind his work. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else! more

For the most part Choice Transmission and Complete Auto Repair is good about the timeliness of the repairs. Sometimes it is very quick and sometimes it takes a bit so I have to check in. For the most part, they are pretty good and are always friendly. When the work takes a few days they check in to let me know. I have been using them about 3 years and I keep coming back because they are close by and our family has been using them for years. more

I've been a regular customer at Network Automotive Service Center for 3-4 years now. They've done oil changes, breaks, A/C, and a radiator repair for me. The customer service in general is excellent and they're reasonably priced. I have to vehicles that I always bring to them. I have no complaints. They are all fantastic. more

We've always had good service from Network Automotive Service Center. We've been with them for eight to ten years. We started going to the one in Mesa, then Gilbert, and now Florence. They will always take a look at the car if there is a problem. They have fixed all our problems correctly, and always been really good. They are friendly, courteous, and explain the work and the cost up front. more

I've been taking my car here for oil changes for a couple years and they always do a great job. They've never tried to sell me services I don't need, the guys are all very nice, and my car is returned quickly...and clean. more

My experience with Network Automotive Service Center has been good. They do what I ask, and let me know of additional items they think my car needs, but with no pressure to make the repair. They've done all kinds of work, like brakes, general service, transmission. Make sure they give you a quote. more

We had a truck that we took to them because the engine went out. They did the diagnostic for free, and called us back with what the issue was. They allowed us to do research on parts and pricing for other locations, and their prices were negotiable and fair. They were knowledgeable and informative so we decided to go with them. The truck runs great and has ever since we picked it up from them. more

They've just been great ever since I started going. They've always been very friendly, and always explain to me whats going on. They help me out with finding the most economical options, and figure out what's best for me. They've given me discounts when I've referred my friends. I would recommend Network Automotive. more

Customer Service is outstanding! Everyone is friendly and very knowledeable! Just as importantly, if not more imporatant, they are very honest and told me that I did not need to have something fixed or replaced after being told by a differnt service shop (which was the dealer) that I did need to have a part replaced! MY TRANSMSSION ON MY TRUCK WAS SLIPPING PRETTY BAD WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE GUYS AT CHOICE. I like the company, but am having problems with their other store. As a whole. Network Automotive Service Center is a fantastic place. They're good guys. They take care of six vehicles. Four are business vehicles, and they're great about them. There's an issue that's yet to be resolved, and now I do business at another location. They do a massive amount of work and do everything in an afternoon. They're great people. I would recommend Network Automotive Service Center to anyone! Ken Martin more
