My wifes car starting acting up on the Concord Parkway so she pulled into the first place she saw. I'm glad she did. This Meineke is under new ownership, and Luis and his crew jumped right on it and diagnosed ""several"" problems, all of which they fully explained to us right there in the shop. They are very professional and very customer orientated, and we were extremely satisfied with the service. As it stands right now, we are definitely going back when we have problems. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did. more

Meineke off hwy 29 is amazing. Luis and his team are extremely friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable in the aspects of mechanical functions of a car. Their prices are reasonable and you can trust them to stand behind their work 100%. They are very reliable and efficient. -Robin O more

Very Honest and Hard Working Manager who sticks by his mechanics 6/11/2007

I just wanted to let you know that I went to these already thinking that I was going to get raked over the coals because one I am a woman and two because I am a woman! However, much to my dismay, it turned out to be positive. I really thought that it was going to cost more then I can afford. We were thinking it was one thing because supposively 3 other people that practice being mechanics said so, however turned out to be nothing and there was no charge! I was in and out and no problems incurred. I don't know who the other person was working with, but I did not have any problems what so ever and would recommend this facility to anyone. Its a long drive for me to get there, but I will go back in a heart beat because I had the best service and honest opinion about the car I brought in. more

Cheats! 5/9/2007

I have taken my car to this particular Meineke probably 5 or 6 times for oil changes. About 6 months ago they told me while I was in there for an oil change that some part in my rear axle needed something done to it or my wheel would fall off. I declined the service. A few weeks later I had a mechanic friend of mine check out my car and he said there were no problems. About two weeks ago I took my car in and the technician told me my transmission fluid was burnt up. I knew this was impossible. I took the car to a reputable service station to have my car checked out completely. I specifically mentioned I wanted the fluids checked and mentioned the transmission fluid. I went back for my car and it was given a clean bill of health. I asked if they checked the transmission fluid and they said yes, it was fine. Pros: None Cons: Try to do unneeded work more
