Mega Maids

I've used Mega maids a couple of times now in my home in Garden Grove and I've had a good experience. The maids are very energetic and they don't work slowly or stand around. I don't even have to be home when they clean which is a big plus. The girl on the phone said that they have insurance and are licensed unlike an independent company. So I feel comfortable with leaving a key hidden for them, and when I come home, everything is done. They're even careful when they clean my home office. Good times! more

I have used Mega Maids 6 or 7 times now and I have never experienced anything negative, either with the maids or the office staff when I call. They are accomodating to my schedule which can be a bit hectic with 3 sons! There has only been one time there was a tiny problem, which is that the maids forgot to clean my coffee table in my living room. I called the office and the person who answered offered to send the maids back right away to fix what they missed. My sons even noticed how clean their bathroom looked! That has got to be a big plus! I trust the maids to do a good job and most important I feel SAFE with them in my house. more

I have used this company's services 3 times and I am so pleased!!!! The office staff is friendly, the cleaning staff is prompt and the cleaning job is great! They handled my belongings with care and were done in a timely fashion. I will be using thier services every month and I will definitely refer MEGA MAIDS to my friends and family!!!!!! more

I was really in a bind and had 4 hours to get my house picked up before my company was to arrive!! I took a chance and called Mega Maids because they offer same day service. They accomodated me within the hour and did an AWESOME job!!!!! Their cleaners are efficient and quick. To make it even better, their prices were better than anyone else and for someone on a budget it makes a big difference. I will definitely call them back and tell all my friends to use MEGA MAIDS. My only regret is that i CAN""T afford them on a regular bases. more

We have used their services twice. First time we asked them to do a deep cleaning of our house. Clean all windows, all cabinets, shelf, etc in kitchen and bedroom. They did a fairly good job and they charged us for two hours ($120) which is not bad for a two bedroom deep clean. The cleaning job itself was decent. If I was to review only this experience I would give them 4* Our next appointment was not as successful. This time it was just a regular cleaning. We had issues with the following: - We asked them to not clean our high reach windows. They did anyways and did such a horrible job that we were laughing when we got home. There were streaks of dirt all over them. They looked a lot worse then before. - They charged us for two hours of cleaning with two maids. It should not have taken them that long to clean the place. That was the same amount of time as when they did the deep clean. - When my girlfriend called and complained about the service, the manager started yelling and refused to give any partial refund. They also refused to admit they did anything wrong. At this point my girlfriend was almost crying from being yelled at. Finally they offered to send maids out to clean the dirty windows but we would not be comfortable having anyone from this mega maids in our condo again. Overall, they did not perform a good cleaning job, they overcharged us, and I never experienced worse customer service from a company in California. We have a small condo with very little frill. It took them 3 hours to do a fair job. For the $$ we paid, I would have thought they'd get all the dog hairs, but there was a good amount left. To top it off, their vacuum cleaner didn't work well, so they borrowed ours. Not that that is a big issue, but for a professional company, they should be given better equipment. For what I got for the price, I don't think I'll use them again. more

I have used many cleaning services throughout the United States and this maid service has got to be the best i have ever used. I have lived in Florida, new york , overseas and none compare to Mega Maids. The cleaning is top-knotch, the attention to details simply amazing> I have very expensive antique furniture which requires delicate care and the ladies were extremely careful. My furniture was in storage for months and had accumulated a layer of dust I didnt think would ever come off. Then when we uncrated everything, the dust was everywhere> Within a few hours, it was as if I was in a brand new home> It was WONDERFUL. THANKS MEGA MAIDS!!!!
