If you're just looking for a casual, quick tan, do NOT go here. I went in just looking for a quick 20 minute basic tan, but no, they had to give me the tour first, and then explain all of the different beds (which I already knew) and try to sell me on a package of ""sunstars"" (ugh). Would you like to buy a lotion? You shouldn't tan without a lotion. No? How about a packette to try it out? I'll give you a discount .. etc etc. After saying ""no"" politely to this blond Amazonian woman about 4 times, she gave me such attitude I just wanted to walk straight out of there. They got one tan out of me, but never again. more

I just love this place! It is always super clean and the guirls that work there know sooo much about tanning and are so sweet! I just love going there. I always have a great experience and a huge plus is also the free giant parking structure that they are right next to. best location ever, across from my gym, starbucks on the corner, AMC, mall...can't beat this place for quality, location, and fantastic customer service! Pros: service, atmosphere, quality! Cons: can't think of any more

Its just a great place to go get a tan,salt water fish tank,a lammed Bird from the amazon,big LCD TV,cool art deco.,all equipment is new with bulbs changed often,plenty parking and the best owner in the world ""Julie"" always greets you by your first name !!Ive been going here for over 8 years...wouldn't go anywhere else 5 stars not enough Pros: Clean,Excelent Customer service,state of the art equipment Cons: nothing more

RECENTLY I HAVE BEING TRYING OUT NEW TANNING SALONS AND THIS ONE DEF. CAUGHT MY EYE! FROM ITS BRIGHT COLORS, TO ITS ADORABLE FRIENDLY BIRD THIS HAD TO BE THE BEST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!! ALSO THE EMPLOYEES SERVE YOU WITH THE WARMEST SMILES AND SHOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EDUCATING YOU ON HOW TO BE SAFE IN THE SUN, TO TAKING THE TIME TO SHOW YOU ALL THE DIFFERENT BEDS...I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON AND IF I COULD GIVE IT 10 STARS I WOULD :) Pros: NICE FRIENDLY EDUCATED more

If you are looking for somewhere to tan, somewhere you really want great results from, then Media City Sun is the place. I have tanned in their up to date tanning beds and I have used the Mystic Tan. I love the beds because this big fan goes on automatically and stays on high so you dont sweat to death. Love the simple to use sound system and they have this great little pillow for your head. It has a grove in it. If you turn it around so the grove faces away from the inside of the bed, you head sits in it comfortably while holding your head up so you dont get those silly white lines around your neck! The Mystic Tan was awsome.....so simple to use. Suzanne (she works there) took me into the room and explained how to use it so I felt comfortable with everything. Just took a minute and I was out in a flash! I've tanned in other salons with the Mystic tan and they give you little towels or paper towels to wipe off, leaving drip marks. At MCS they have this really big towel to dry off with so you wont miss any spots AND they provided soft paper towels to take the lotion off my feet and hands. Oh.......and lets not forget about amenities.....water, wipes, Q-tips, deodorant....and a REALLY clean bathroom! I like using that stuff and its nice when its there. Everyone is really nice who works there and I can say I probably found my perfect tanning salon! Pros: They have so many beds that you never have to wait!!!! more

the place is beautiful. it's very nicely decorated and it has a great vibe to it- but, tooooo bad for the HORRIBLE service. the biggest reason i DO NOT want to step foot in this place is because the girls at the counter here (always different girls too) have the worst attitudes and customer service imaginable. you being there or not doesn't matter to them. they act like you're not there. they don't even greet you with a smile, or say hello. the second you walk in they say ""what do u want"" tell you the price, and then without looking you in the eyes tell you which room to go to. they look you up and down the second you walk in, to the second you walk out- oh nevermind, when i was leaving one of the girls was sprawled out in the room sleeping in clear view. HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pros: pretty decorations, cool pet parrot Cons: horrible staff, pricey more
