For all of my life, I have eaten a healthy diet, and maintained a normal weight....until I reached my mid-fourties. For the past 5 years my weight continued to spiral upward until I reached the point that I had to take action. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to loss weight and see results fast! I have been asking my doctor if there is a diet out there with a road map what to eat to get results with no referal, only general suggestions that didn't work. I hit an all time high less thant 2 months ago as a 52 year old 5'11"" male of 270lbs! Last week I weighed in at 239. My goal is 200 then maintain and work on mussle mass. This program is easy and still get to eat great food! I don't get bad hunger pains like when I tried to cut back on my own. Rarely hungry and feel great! more

I have tried many diets and I have had a few that worked ok, but nothing like this. I have only been on this diet for 5 day and so far I've lost 7lbs!!! It's amazing, as long and you do what they say your golden!! I love this, I can't wait to see my end results more

I have been dieting for most of my adult life. I have always had limited success for a while and then I find I am not able or willing to continue. Medi Weight Loss clinic seems to be different, at least so far. The staff is very friendly and professional. I am starting my fourth week and I have lost about 11 pounds. So far, I have found the diet easy to follow and very straightforward. The cost of the program is considerable but I think in my case it has to be a matter of priorities. I am making my health the priority. more

With my 61 birthday just around the corner I wasn't sure this program or ANY diet program would work for me. I had knee problems and couldn't work out like I use to. And long gone were the days that I could just bit a diet and drop the weight. My daughter-in-law worked with someone on the plan that was having great success and encouraged me to try it. I really didn't think it would work because I had tried everything. I joined to show her that I was too old to be successful and trim and fit. I want to be fair and followed the plan to the letter and was amazed with my results. I lost 10 pounds the first week. This 61 year old Grandma lost 10 pounds in one week. My knee pain was gone after dropping the first 20 pounds and my blood pressure has come down to the low range that it was when I ran marathons. I expect to soon be off my blood pressure meds. After trying so many weigh loss programs over the years I had just given up. I figured I would just be fat and happy, but I was not happy. I used to be very slim, size 4-6, then in the matter of 2 months I put on 20 lbs. and could not get it off, I even had liposuction to get rid of my gut (at 23)! Finally after a few years of testing, yes years, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism (family history, big time). I thought that was it, give me a pill and I will get skinny again....NOPE! So, all the ""diets"" started, I would sometimes loose a few lbs. to then turn around and gain it all back plus 10 more, without stopping the diet. One time I got back down to a size 6, got married and then got pregnant (gained 55 lbs. with him). After he was about a year old I even went on a vegan, glucose free, sugar free & raw diet program for over 2 months and did not lose but 5 lbs...probably water weight. After what I called a ""thyroid surge"" and put on 10 lbs. almost overnight, I got pregnant again with my second son...I only put on about 25 lbs with him, but I never lost the weight from my first, so that put me at 211 lbs....I AM ONLY 5'2""! Yes, after he was born most of that came off, but I was stuck again even while breastfeeding...can you believe I could not lose weight while breastfeeding??? Me either! So, eventually I just got more and more depressed....Not to mention my skin was a mess, acne as an adult is NOT fun! Then one day a friend on facebook mentioned that he had lost 62 lbs....and I knew he could eat! So, I contacted him and he told me about Medi....the rest is history! I am 8 weeks into the program and feel great. I have lost over 20 lbs...but it's not just the number on the scale, they actually can tell how much fat and water I am loosing...it's amazing! I have dropped 2 jean sizes, and my sweats are super baggy! My skin looks great and I am happy and have lots of energy...I even managed to lose weight while at Disney World for a week with my family...It's worth every dime I spend, because it's my health and the happiness of me and my family...The ladies at the clinic are so wonderful, they really care about how you are doing...they call you by name when you walk through the door, Ryan must have a photographic memory....they understand what I am going through and listen to me without trying to rush me off so they can get to the next person...Oh, and I really never have to wait to be seen...even without an appointment! After trying EVERY diet known to man.. I was depressed and hopeless. Because of back and knee surgery I knew I had to loose weight before I had to have surgery again or just could not walk any more due to pain, etc... two of the nurses I work with really encouraged me to try Medi-Weightloss. I have been going now for a little over 4 weeks and have already lost 21lbs! I am getting my life back. The staff have called me by name since I walked in the door and are always positive and willing to teach me new things. Everyone thought I would have difficulty stopping some of my bad habits (pepsi, mountain dew, icecream, bread....... but the program has been easy and challangeing! No problem giving up the things cold turkey and when I started to loose the weight, my energy picked up and the pain decreased. I actually sleep now and can exercise and walk with less pain. The program is expensive but... time loss from work, probable surgery and social isolation even with my family (3 kids and 6 grandkids) would cost much more. Now I can more than keep up at work and with my family. I can't wait to get to my goal weight, I am beginning my life again and it's great! I highly recommend this program! more

I am so very happy with this program. Medi-Weightloss Clinic has provided me with the tools I needed to finally started getting the weight off. They've taught me good eating habits and the importance of exercise daily for not just my weight management but for maintaining a healthy heart and overall good health. The staff is also so friendly and are very excited to hear about every lb lost. The clinic is in a wonderful location right off I295 which makes it very convenient for everyone. The staff is nice but my initial appt. went well over two hours..not the 90 minutes I was told. It seemed like I was waiting in between each segment and staff person I talked to. I probably would not have said anything but it went 45 min. over... The program has a lot of information to absorb but they try to make it simple enough initiallyand gradually get you into the full realm of the diet/supplements/activity and LABEL READING. It is still early for me but I AM losing weight. This is certainly NOT INEXPENSIVE......so be prepared. The vitamins and supplements are large pills and I often have trouble w/ pils that size. However, I am motivated to lose weight and am indeed losing, I hope I can keep it off w/o the appetite supressant when that time comes. I am hopeful as there are lots of clients there who have kept the weight off!!! more
