Terrible billing department 6/13/2017

Dr. Blotnick was wonderful, BUT the Billing person was rude, unkind and disrespectful. I was never able to finish a sentence because she was always interrupting me. She had incorrectly calculated my insurance and my co-pay. I would have needlessly paid $112. Thankfully Charlotte Ear Nose and Throat Specialist have multiply offices and the billing department correctly did their job. I didn't pay anything for my treatment. There are other eye specialist in Charlotte. I would suggest finding anyone else and save yourself the hassle. more

It diagnoses and treats a variety of ocular health conditions, including glaucoma, color vision deficiency and diabetic retinopathy. The group also provides treatment options for refractive errors, macular degeneration, blepharitis, cataracts, skin cancer of the eyelids, retinal detachment, retinitis pigmentosa, and dry and lazy eyes. Mecklenburg Eye Associates performs cataract lens implantation, vision correction, neuro-ophthalmology, and cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures. In addition, it maintains a diabetic eye center and optical shop. Its optical shop stocks glasses and sunglasses as well as a variety of frames from various manufacturers, including Chesterfield, Nautica, Easyclip, Ted Baker and Tourneau.
