After reading "Joe's"comments I felt compelled to let everyone know that he doesn't know what he is talking about. We took over here April 19, 2006. Three days after being here ...

Very poor management 8/12/2019

Not a place I'd let my dog live. Who ever Dan is he sucks.Dont ask any questions he will tell you hey off his private property. I guess the only in it for the money not for family service. There are way better mobile parks in this town. more

Criminals 5/8/2019

You would be better off going homeless then putting yourself or kids in this situation. The managers son in law was removed from the park a couple months ago with more assault rifles that Steven paddock had......what the hell was he planning. I am desperately trying to get my child away from this corrupt mafia environment. more

horrible 3/12/2009

Ten years of "musical managers mahem", with the worst management practices imagineable... owner is CHEAP and leads managers to treat residents like trash. Example: neighbor lot has cottonwood trees which are beautiful but roots broke our water pipe causing us to have our water shut off for several days while we dug in the sopping mud for the break (having been lied to by the managers who told us it was "our responsibility") scraping up our last dollars to purchase supplies to make the repair and being left with the loss of a game system and games we used for compensation for a friends many hours of hard labor to help and a torn up lawn which never did grow back and a $300 water bill which resulted in a shut off notice and took us many months to get paid off. It wasn't until recently that we learned we had been lied to and it was clearly the park owner's responsibility to take care of the pipe... regardless of the cause of the problem. We wrote a request for reinbursement for our unfair investment and was told "no". Live with it or go to court... that is the experience you can expect if you live here... BEWARE of West Valley School District too if you have a child with special needs... most school districts are bad in this regard, but this one STANDS alone as the WORST of the bad. They won't help your child... you can't trust them... they LIE to cover their steps. Ask people who have had special needs kids in the district... we weren't the only family "burned" by WVSD.. we have heard many stories. Hans Michielsen (director of special services) is EVIL as is the principal of Wide Hollow Elementary. We aren't sticking around to find out about the Jr High and High School personaly; have heard the stories of other families who were burned too... we're out of here!! If you want to protect your special needs child from harm and abuse, just don't live in West Valley School District, and don't think your child will recieve the services they should here because they won't. more

Property Manager 7/14/2006

After reading "Joe's"comments I felt compelled to let everyone know that he doesn't know what he is talking about. We took over here April 19, 2006. Three days after being here the pool was up and running. "Swim Pins"are not in use and there is no fee to use the pool. The community center is open and available for use at anytime that it isn't reserved for a private function. There is coffee going, puzzles and games for our residents to play, use. The streets were paved last year. Management has repaired lights, occasional bulbs do blow. I would LOVE to meet with you in person. Do you really live here? Heather more

A mobile home court on its way downhill. 7/1/2006

Twenty years ago, Meadowbrook Mobile Estates provided each tenant various benefits as part of the rent. The court provided a storage shed, irrigation water, garbage pickup service for two cans each week, a fenced storage area for RV's, and use of the swimming pool and clubhouse. Today, a storage shed is the tenant's responsibility, the irrigation water is not only rationed, but as tenants move out the manager has been removing the water taps. Garbage pickup service is one can per week, the clubhouse has become the manager's storage room, one has to buy an ID pin to use the pool which may be closed for maintenance, and the RV storage area now costs an extra $25 per month. Some of the street lights don't work, and the roads are cracking. If you move into this court, you will have to have an outside water tap installed on your mobile home, so you will be able to water your lawn. Not the worst place to live, but you could probably find better. more
