Great Service!! 10/25/2011

I had a faulty alarm system from another company that kept beeping. I called MCI Eastern and they sent someone out right away. The people on the phone were super friendly. The guy came to my house and took care of the problem in no time. It was great!! I highly recommend them!!! more

I wanted to tell everyone that Mcieastern Security is a great company to work with. Simple and efficient. I shopped 5 companies when I bought my home and they outperformed on every aspect, especially price. Don't even waste your time calling the other guys. A great company with rapid fire monitoring. I am spreading the word. Ask about the referral program they offer. more

Rip Off Artists! Do not use MCI. 9/28/2011

Horrible service. Hidden fees. They don't mention that you're signing an unreasonably long contract (7 years) and they overcharge by hundreds of dollars for ANY service that they need to provide--even regular maintenance services. more

Horrid and rude customer service 8/4/2011

I completely regret helping my parents with signing up with this company. It never fails I always end up getting this really annoying woman on the phone that starts off by calling me hun and sweetie then by the end of the call she tends to get really rude. Then proceeds to hang up on me (btw i can hear her swearing as she hangs up the phone). It also doesn't help that i get the impression by her lack of knowledge that she knows less then I do about the alarm. Just some professionalism would be nice when your dealing with others security. more

Just wanted to add a comment that i have been a customer for years and had a good experience with them! I am moving and don't need alarm service at the new place but would use them again. I am sure they have thousands of satisfied customers but only the bad experiences get published so here is a honest good one! more

stuck with 5 year contract i didn't know about then when canceled after 5 years was told i was stuck with them for 5 more years alarm did not even work stay away from them your not protected properly big scam more

There is no security service. It's a scam to get you to sign a contract with small print that locks you into a long-term. Our alarm system malfunctioned and they did nothing to respond, nor was there any phone call or response when the alarm went off on three separate accidental occasions. DO NOT use them. TERRIBLE - unless you enjoy Court 9/22/2009

Beware - use another security company. any other would be better. they locked us in for 10 years. in order to get out of this contract another 5 YEARS ~ WE were ""court"" ordered to pay up front 1 year of service NOT recieved. They have a bullet proof contract. After 1st 5 years YOUR contract automatically gets revnewed for ANOTHER 5 years - this IS legal!! we settled on paying for 1 year!! ADP is better 1/21/2009

This is the worst system ever!!!!!! Their equipment dosn't work and they don't guarantee anything after 3 months exept a headache...........It does not pay to go to a mom and pop shop. There contracts are for 5 years and they try and nail you every step of the way. My alarm system would go off at least once a month because it sucked........ NO GOOD 11/18/2008

They Came Back to Fix something Holes all over our walls and it still doesn't work. Do not use them ever. I'm not kidding thier contract is iron clad, I'm stuck in Hell. Pros: they didn't steal anything Cons: every thing else more
