Been working with McKay's Heating and Cooling for quite some time now. They have done work for me as well as my sons. They always provide me with great customer service ! They worked on my A/C unit a couple weeks back because we were having some problems with it. Kelley and his crew are super knowledgeable and they found the source of the problem in a matter of minutes. The repairs they do are always quick and they never leave any mess behind. I will continue to use their service in the future and obviously recommend anyone to their great service. Thanks for everything ! more

Great Experience 5/23/2017

I think they're great! My husband and I reached out to them when our air conditioning unit went out. The service technician said that the unit was too old to be repaired, so they ended up replacing the outside air conditioning unit, as well as the heating and air conditioning motor inside the house. The technician was very polite and prompt, and their customer service in general is very good. He explained things to my husband in a way that left him feeling very informed. I'm really happy with that because they took the time to answer all of the questions my husband had. Everything is working great so far! more

Quick, Efficient, and Had Good Pricing 5/15/2017

I would recommend McKay's Heating and Cooling. I really liked the fact that they were quick, got the job done, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I thought all the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well! They put in a new a coil and drip pan, and we were very satisfied with their work! They even cleaned up afterward! Overall, they're a really great service. more

THEY DID A GOOD JOB BUT DIDN'T FINISH ALL THE WORK 4/18/2017

The guys from McKay's Heating & Cooling did a good job, but there is still some things that they were supposed to fix but haven't. I don't like the way the air conditioner runs. Every time we run it, there is a tube that water comes out of and it runs down to the floor. It floods my kitchen and my sons bedroom, now I have to get all new floors. They were supposed to fix my bedroom window, they still haven't done that. They did a good job on the insulation and putting up a fan in the hallway. They also fixed the door that was letting a lot of air in. The guys were very good at their jobs and they were very nice. I told them about the air conditioner problem, they just haven't done anything about that or my bedroom window. more

Great group 4/18/2017

I have used them several times on my apartment complex. They handle the "normal" issues that come up as well as the "not so normal" issues that older properties bring with confidence and determination to do the job, and to do it right. They are always professional, courteous to my residents, and strive to keep their costs down as much as possible. Great response time as well! more

Cured My Problem 4/12/2017

The guys over at McKay's Heating & Cooling did what I wanted so they earned top marks from me. I had a problem and so I gave them a call and they came out quickly and fixed it. Their price was reasonable and they got the job done on the first visit which was convenient. What else can I say, they cured my problem and I am happy. more

They Make Their Customers Happy 3/29/2017

I have been using the services of McKay's Heating & Cooling every since Mr. McKay started this company. I have seen him bend over backwards not just for me, but for other customers as well which just makes me believe his genuine desire to see his customers happy. Not only does he do that but has instilled that same mentality in all of his employees. When you walk in they all treat you like an old friend, whether it is your first time working with them or the hundredth time, it doesn't matter. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Working with the people over at McKay's Heating & Cooling is very nice. They are very timely with responding to my calls whenever I have any service needs. The service professionals that they send out are very knowledgeable and professional as well. They do excellent work for me and I have never had to call them out for the same problem twice. I really like them and will not call anywhere else whenever my units need service! more

We used McKay's Heating & Cooling to replace all of the furnace vents under our house. They also moved a vent in the floor for us. The guys that did the work came on time and were really nice. They were very professional and respectful of our home. They have fair prices and we would recommend them to other people. We would also use their service again. more

Helpful, friendly, and honest. 2/8/2017

I've used the services of McKay's Heating & Cooling several times over the last few years to do general system checkups, etc. Most recently I called them in to install a new heating and cooling system. This is an old house and they worked really hard and had to make changes on the fly during the installation process. They were very informative and explained what they were doing clearly. They were very nice guys. They were helpful, friendly, and honest. more

I have used McKay's Heating & Cooling quite a few times over the last few years and they are always right on it. They get back to me right away and always do very detailed and thorough work. This last time, they replaced a motor in a furnace for me and again, the work was great. They are prompt and professional every time and I definitely recommend the company. more

The workers that came out were very courteous and professional while they were here, and always did a great job keeping us informed of what work was being done.
