McDonalds of Elkton II PA

I HAD THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAVE GOTTEN THIS AM. IT TOOK 10 MINUTES AT DRIVE THRU BEFORE I WAS ACKNOWLEDGED. THEN WAS ASK 4 TIMES TO REPEAT MY ORDER. AFTER AHOTHER 15 MINUTES, I RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSSED TO HAVE A DELUXE BREAKFAST, GOT TO WORK AND OPENED IT HAD NO PANCAKES, NO HASH BROWN, AND MY COFFEE, HAD NO CREAM, OR SPLENDA WHICH IT WAS ORDERED WITH. THEN ANOTHER PERSON, CAME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID HE HAD JUST GOT THERE, HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED.HE WAS STANDING IN THE WINDOW AND HAD HIS TIE ON BACKWARDS WITH LABEL OUTSIDE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE SERVICE AT THIS STORE.HAS BEEN WAY BELOW SUBPAR.. BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST. I AM FORWARDING THIS TO MCDONALDS CORPRATE SITE. I KNOW IT WON'T HELP. BUT I HAVE TO VENT. I WILL GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE NEXT TIME. more

What can I say? This is a McDonalds location. They have all the typical McDonalds food. It is what it is! The only unique things about this McDonalds 1. It is right off an interstate highway which makes it very crowded much of the time. And, I don't just mean the typical times. They are crowded all day long and the lines are often long and slow. The drive in is often very long and can take quite a while. 2. They have a very small PlayPlace. This play area is good for littler children because it is not very big. I think there is only one slide on the whole thing. 3. They have a "meeting room". My community's civic association used the meeting room for a small group meeting in the past. It is also good for birthday parties for young children. more
