I had a chipmunk chew my wires on my furnace and Adrian came on sunday to fix it. The next day it happened again. Adrian came and fixed it again for NO CHARGE. The next day it happened again ! Adrian came out and fixed it again NO CHARGE. I always use small local businesses when I can and this is why. They have a customer for life..Call this company if you want old fashioned customer service which large company's do not give. Also the sunday service call was cheaper than the big boy's...Bob more

Dealt with them for years... 8/24/2010

We've dealt with this firm for more than 10 years and had no problems at all with their service or attitude. As a matter of fact, they were instrumental in resolving a serious issue we had with Rheem several years ago. We have a service contract on our furnace and a/c and see either Tommy or Adrian twice a year. Sharon calls to remind us that it's time for them to come check our units and they've always come (usually calling to let us know they're on their way) when we make the appt. No one's perfect, of course, but we've been very satisfied. more

Horrible customer service by the OWNER 4/29/2008

They sold me a one year maintenance agreement which included 2 service visits for maintenance. They provided one visit but refused to honor the second visit, which I had already paid for, because 12 months have gone by since the contract was purchased. The owner was extremely rude and when I asked her if she was ok with losing an established customer over a $60 service visit she said she was fine with it and actually LAUGHED!! I hope no one will use this company since they are fine with taking people's money and then not providing the service that they accepted money for. Cons: poor customer service, don't honor their commitments more
