We recently mourned the passing of a dear friend and church member--the funeral directors sat in the fellowship hall as we worked preparing a meal for the family following the burial. Each of them asked that we prepare them drinks, which I thought was very unprofessional. Then, while the service was going on, would remark "is he still going..." referring to the minister. Audibly enough, that I and several others heard. Their demeanor and attitude was, I wish they would clear out so we can get on with it--something a family in mourning certainly has a right to--grieving the loss of a loved one. This, IMHO was rude and would not recommend their services.
