Excellent experince. I think it was the fastest car purchase ever. One bit of advice to anyone buying a used Mini.....Make sure you get 2 keys and that they work. We left with one key and a credit of $150.00 for the second key. It took us two trips to Camarillo,(weekdays..had to take time off of work) and just about $350.00 for the key and the programming of the key. Needless to say, that was one expensive key. An FYI for you guys at McCarthy's too! more

This guys go the extra mile for their customers! The sales staff is the best that I have experienced. They were able to put me in a vehicle when all other dealerships in San Luis Obispo could not. They took the time to understand my situation. I recently was given financing to purchase a 2004 Jeep Liberty 4x4 with 98,000 miles along with their extended warranty. Within 3 months both the transmission and engine failed on seperate occasions. I immediately called McCarthys and without hesitation they promptly utilized their very competent network of mechanics. Both All Automatic Transmission and Wronas Automotive placed a new transmission and engine in the vehicle. The total repair bill was over $7500 and I was only charged a $50 deductible each time. Mike McCarthy and his staff are truly committed to their customers and have developed an amazing network that offers the customer a very pleasant buying experience along with comprehensive service support. more
