This guys go the extra mile for their customers! The sales staff is the best that I have experienced. They were able to put me in a vehicle when all other dealerships in San Luis Obispo could not. They took the time to understand my situation. I recently was given financing to purchase a 2004 Jeep Liberty 4x4 with 98,000 miles along with their extended warranty. Within
3 months both the transmission and engine failed on seperate occasions. I immediately called McCarthys and without hesitation they promptly utilized their very competent network of mechanics. Both All Automatic Transmission and Wronas Automotive placed a new transmission and engine in the vehicle. The total repair bill was over $7500 and I was only charged a $50 deductible each time. Mike McCarthy and his staff are truly committed to their customers and have developed an amazing network that offers the customer a very pleasant buying experience along with comprehensive service support.
