Only had to pay $50 deductible 7/14/2011

Once again, they have come through for me. Needed a 10K service done and found out that I had a leak that was covered under warranty, and I only had to pay $50 deductible for a $2,100 job! more

An excellent experience 7/8/2011

I bought my Nightster here a couple of years ago and had an excellent experience with their sales staff. I've also had it in for service and was very pleased. I'll continue to bring my bike in for service here. They are walking distance to Bart as well, where other dealers are not. more

While on a trip I stopped in at McGuire Harley-Davidson. I was impressed the the friendly staff and large selection. Every shop has its own personality and theirs was nice. I would go back. more

A great job 6/30/2011

I recently purchased an 09 steetglide from them, (my second Harley purchase). I was very pleased with all aspects of the sale. I had some accessories installed prior to picking it up, and they did a great job. The bike was ready to go when I got there and rode off very happy. I just had my service done by them as well. Dropped it off, they called when it was done, and it was detailed and ready to go. I've been to many, many shops over the years, and I'm usually not impressed, but these guys do a great job! more

Check them out 6/28/2011

I have been shopping there since Bill Chaney used to own the dealership in Pleasant Hill. The fact that they have three locations makes it convenient, if one does not have an item in stock, they can get it from either of the other 2. The Sales dept is a laid back environment, not like some dealerships that outsource salesman from the irritating car industry. They actually encourage you to sit on the machines, are not pushy, and are always there to help. Check them out. more

Helped me find the part i needed and were nice about it 6/23/2011

They are all real helpful and all knowledgeable. I went in looking for some gloves and the girls helped me out big time. Show room was clean and people were so nice. Parts was good they helped me find the part i needed and were nice about it. I haven't tried service dept yet but I'm planning on it! more

They have always been there to help me 6/16/2011

We have been buying bikes from these guys since I was 15 my dad has had two of everything so fair. When I turned 16 I bought my first bike from them and no mater what I have done to it they have always been there to help me. Even though I voided my warrenty by putting mods on it they still picked it up from my house when it would not start. This is just few things they do. I would tell everyone to buy from them. I just wish I could of bought my Ducati here to as ace in concord sucked. more
