I orderd and angus sandwitch with no pickles or sauce and they gave me the wrong order 4 times before I got what I wanted the first 3 times it had not pickles but had mustard and ketchup and the 4th time it had pickels. I reccommend not coming here it has very bad service and is wrong with the orders. The workers tend to be young teens and they just sit around where the costermers sit and put their feet up and relax an the manger or supervisors don't really seem to care, however when you get what you want it tend to be quite a delious meal and a nice place to go, but that is once and a while. more

wrong order very often 4/4/2011

I order nothing but a double quarter pounder, about once a week. Every third time or so the order is wrong. Usually this is Monday evening, around 8:30. We check the sack, but this time the contents of the box were wrong. I went back and complained. The manager thought there was nothing he could do ----but lose this customer, and others like me. Maybe if the owner wakes up, and actually cares, there will be more diligence. It's not rocket science to put the right meal in the right box. Never going back. more

breakfast sandwich 10/29/2006

5 times in a row, all Sunday mornings, we received the wrong sandwich at the take-out window. The most recent this AM, asked for an egg mcmuffin with cheese and got a muffin with no egg and a piece of sausage. we called and were told to bring it back for the right think. Sure, after we get home, discover the mistake, we are supposed to go back while other stuff gets cold. I don't think so. We will not go back. The other 4 times there was a piece of bacon on that we did not ask for. The bottom line is they do not know what they are doing Thank you more
