Overall really good 2/2/2006

I've had 2 Audi TT's in about 5 years (McDonald throughout), and in spite of a few rocky moments, overall the good definitely outnumbers the bad. Now they even go out of their way to keep me happy. Many of my friends have Audi's, and there have been some bad experiences with McD, but also with Prestige. Maybe the key is building a relationship, which maybe you shouldn't have to do but I can only relay my personal perspective. Mine were always under warranty so that may be a factor. I don't hesitate to ask them to fix any/every little thing that goes wrong, so by now they recognize me. Everyone is super friendly, they always hook me up with a loaner, they've completely replaced parts that perhaps they didn't have to, no questions asked, e.g. clutch, rusty calipers. Even the cluster/sending unit, which some have had nightmare stories about. more

So bad, it's comical 12/3/2005

When I took in my 1998 Audi for repairs they had it for week and it cost $3K. The attitude of the service department was atrocious. When I finally got my car back the seatbelts didnt work, so yet another trip back, which I barely received an apology. My car was making a weird noise, which they said was due to new belts, but when it started getting worse, I took it in and they said my steering column broke, another $2K. I dropped it off on a Thursday to be completed Friday. They never called Friday, so I called Saturday and they were closed for inventory until Monday. Nobody bothered to call. Ill stop now, but essentially, Ill be going to Prestige. Cons: Poor service, Poor repair quality more
