The owner of this restaurant is a charming woman, and the food is nothing short of excellent. This isn't a place where refried beans are overpriced because of the supposed origin of the recipe; they use black beans and artichoke to make some of the best quesadillas I've ever had, and the rest of the meals are just as appetizing, with the ingredients always being flavorful and up to par with the prices.
