Jimmy Chilton did a great job addressing my concerns, and made a point of getting right back to me with information if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head. The only downside in the whole experience was that VW doesn't build enough manual transmission Passat TDIs for people like me who like to fully engage in the driving experience more

I fully expected to be turned down again. My daughter convinced me to go in after seeing your add in the local times. Once Dre set everything in motion, Rick took over and made it all happen. It was well worth the ride from Cary to purchase our Outback at Maxwell's. From start to finish everyone we talked to made us feel right at home. Our salesperson, Bill Stifter, is very knowledgeable about the Subaru. He answered all of our questions professionally. He is very easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. I'm sure that there are a few people that have had bad experiences with Finance Managers during the process of buying a car. Danny Wilson is a perfect fit for Maxwell's. He's friendly, straight forward, informative, and doesn't pressure people into buying something. Thanks to everyone we met while purchasing our Outback at Maxwell's, see you soon. more

I really hate shopping for new cars, so much that I tried to put it off for almost a year but when my car finally did die I decide to go to Maxwell. The sales staff made the whole process a breeze and even got me some money for my trade in. Thanks again I will never shop for a car anywhere else again. more
