Jimmy Chilton did a great job addressing my concerns, and made a point of getting right back to me with information if he didn't know the answer off the top of his head. The only downside in the whole experience was that VW doesn't build enough manual transmission Passat TDIs for people like me who like to fully engage in the driving experience
