Horrible customer service! The guy is very very rude and has no people skills! I'm from out of state and here on business and told my 18 yr old daughter to call a cab to the airport for her trip back. He hung up on her twice, talked to her like she was stupid then when I got on the phone he tried to do the same to me! After contemplating I decided to cancel the service and he was disrespectful! Smh I feel sorry for the drivers who have to work under this piece of crap of a person and that's saying it in a nice way! Smh more

This cab service is AWFUL. The dispatcher was so disrespectful and actually yelled at me for no reason. I simply asked if I should give him the address and he very harshly yelled at me. After I gave the address, he told me to walk. It was the worst customer experience I have ever received in my entire life. NEVER USE THIS CAB SERVICE!!! more

I really like Maxwell. Are they gruff? Yes! What do you expect? They have one guy working phones coordinating all kinds of cabs -- its Philly gruff and its okay. Are they reliable? YES. They are almost always early. Do I trust their cab drivers? YES YES YES. I have set up an account with Maxwell so that middle-school and high school aged kids can use Maxwell to get around the Main Line PA and Philadelphia. The drivers have gotten to know my kids and are so kind to them. We have never had any issues and the kids don't need to carry any money -- Maxwell bills our account and adds per my direction, a 20% tip. more

Great Drivers/Horrible Customer Service/Dispatcher 11/19/2010

Drivers are awesome and the cabs are clean. Unfortunately, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND calling for a cab. The dispatcher/customer service/the gentleman who answers the phone is very rude and obnoxious. Many other cab services in the area that are more courteous on the phone. Sad, since the drivers have always been respectful and polite. more
