Fair price and a job well done\r \r I called out these guys to check out my bread oven as it wasn’t cooking evenly. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did for the repair as it wasn’t a common appliance. I was however pleasantly surprised at the price and the standard of the work.\r more

Best company in NYC for washer repairs!\r \r I own a small hotel, so I have plenty of washing machines that are continuously washing bedding and towels. You can imagine my horror when my sheets were coming out soaking wet. I called this company and they came out to me the same day. Apparently the filter was full of fluff from my new towels! The technician cleaned the filters and the whole job was done in half an hour! more

Quality service 2/7/2014

Had problems with my Samsung Fridge. Called several companies - all had similar pricing, but Tom (the guy on the phone) showed more trust and care. That's why i chose him. Service was good, no complains - after repair he even gave me some tips how to avoid problems in future. My only complain is that they only except Cash, other than that - great experience. more

Tom always does a great job\r \r Running a small grocery store I have plenty of cold stores, fridges, and freezers. I always call Tom when I need a service call or a repair. He never lets me down, his charges are very reasonable, and most importantly he always gets to the root of the problem!\r more

Stunning Service\r Gave Tom a call on the Tuesday and he came and fixed my oven (which simply wasn’t heating up) on the Wednesday. Not bad at all since nobody else was willing to repair it in such a short period of time. more

Friendly? Wait…a repair expert is friendly? I too was surprised!\r As you can probably tell from my title I don’t really deal with ‘friendly’ techs a lot. Most of them greet you with a ton of grunts and groans before thrusting a bill into your face. Not really a pleasurable experience I must say. This is why I love dealing with Tom (he has fixed my oven and washer so far) he always gives me service with a smile on his face and he brightens up my day. more

Do you know what it is like to have a freezer which doesn’t actually freeze? I do! The company I purchased it from (Sears) didn’t actually want to deal with it, so I called this appliance repair company in. They fixed it the very same day. Fantastic service with a smile! more
