For those of us out there who abhor fake Italian cooking, restaurants that put a coat of rustic paint on their walls to look authentic, here is the place to go. Tuscan Twins is the real deal, with true Italian flavor and passion. I am not Italian, but I spent time there in college. Therefore, I am unoficially Italian,and a believer in the beauty of the Italian way of cooking, eating and living. When I go to Tuscan Twins, I feel like I am back in Italy. Enjoy! more

If you are planning to go out and have a high quality evening with friends or a love, try Tuscan Twins in Bloomfield. I can't say enough positive things about the food, the feel of the restaurant, the staff and oh yes, let's not forget the bartenders. Such great dishes deserve fine wines to wash it all down, and that seems to be a specialty of Tuscan Twins. Their lobster is so fresh, snappy and sweet, it's like they reinvented the taste. Brilliant! more
