Wind dancer sunset tour 10/29/2012

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Our pilot Neal was, first of all, a really pro pilot, second, a great guy - he looked after us from start to finish. I will never forget this trip as long as I live. Would I book Maverick again?? - definitely!!! Anyone considering a helicopter ride MUST choose Maverick. They are without doubt the best. Honestly it was a day that we will both remember for the rest of our lives. Visiting the Canyon was something else, but adding to the day and experience was our pilot Tyson who guided us through from start to finish. Maverick are really at the top of the game for these tours. You will not regret booking with them.' more

Canyon Trip 10/23/2012

My wife and I took the trip to the Canyon with landing and lunch. One word for it that is Awesome. Brian piloted us with great in air commentary and music ( he had to be good one a fellow musician). The Maverick experience made our first visit to Vegas complete. Never to be forgotten I purchased a tomahawk which is desplayed in our lounge. No Vagas visit is complete without the Maverick experience. more

They were very professional from beginning to end. The DVD purchased after flight would not fully play. They sent another one from the same pilot, different flight with apologizes. Went with them thrugh Grand Canyon Railroad. No problems whatsoever. Great service from start to finish. more

very satisfied with the excursion from the hotel pickup to the Grand Canyon. Shuttle bus driver very helpful and communcative. Airport lounge good and comfortable. Airplane very good as was the pilot. The whole outing was arranged well but would have liked more time for lunch which was rather hurried. Well done Maverick more

Never flown in helicopter before and was pretty apprehensive - Devon, our pilot was great at reassuring me and now i want to trade my car in for a helicopter lol. The overall experience was amazing and inspiring - well worth the investment of of nerves and dollars :) more

From the time we entered the Maverick Aviation Terminal until we set down on the helipad at the conclusion of our flight, we were impressed by the professionalism of the Maverick organization, the cleanliness of their facilities and aircraft, and above all, the genuine caring demonstrated by the Maverick flight crew and staff. Kudos to everyone at Maverick. We will most certainly recommend Maverick Aviation to all of our relatives and friends as the "ultimate" Las Vegas / Grand Canyon experience. more

My husband and I have to say this experience made our trip to Las Vegas the most enjoyable trip ever. Our pilot Sean was so knowledgeable and made our trip so exciting. We loved having champagne and canaps in the Grand Canyon....a memory that we will never forget. The sites over the Grand Canyon are etched in our memories forever. What an incredible experience. Maverick know how to provide the best. We will recommend to everyone we know traveling to Vegas. We hope to re-visit this experience again in the future. Thanks Sean. more

From the moment we were picked up at the bellagio to the moment we were dropped off the whole experience was first class, the staff from behind reception to the pilots were truly professional, fantastic after event service (left camera on plane) when my camera was returned to me at hotel. more

I would highly recommend 6/24/2012

My two adult sons 21 and 23, my wife and I went to Las Vegas for the first time and I decided to show them the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam using a Maverick Helicopter tour. It was the best decision I made. From the take off over the strip,to flying over the Hoover Dam, to landing in the canyon and eventually launching our raft trip from the base of Hoover Dam it was top notch. And a special thanks to Robert our pilot who could not have been better. more

Fantastic experience, would recommend to anyone. 6/23/2012

Absolutely amazing, exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and the pilot gave us a brilliant commentary. We had front seats too which made the experience even better. Only problem we had was that we were given the wrong DVD when we left and unfortunately didn't realise until it was too late to exchange it. However Maverick did everything they could to sort this out for us. more

Amazing !! 6/18/2012

We have wanted to take a Heli tour of the Grand Canyon for the last few times we have been to Vegas ! We finally did on May 30 2012 and wondered why we waited so long to go it ! What an amazing experience ! The Grand Canyon has to be seen by air ! Maverick Helicopters is First Class from the moment they pick you up at the hotel to the time they drop you back at the hotel . Our pilot Riley was awesome ... very friendly ..knowledgable and engaged us in the whole experience ! We would highly recommend Maverick to anyone who is thinking of taking a heli tour ! more

Fantastic service ! 6/18/2012

Wow! What a fantastic service from Maverick, a thoroughly brilliant time from start to finish. My daughter and I flew with Maverick to the Grand Canyon where we landed and had a snack and a glass of champagne. Whilst there we had plenty of time to take in the wonderful scenery and take all of our photographs. On the return journey to Las Vegas we had the opportunity to sit upfront with the pilot which was brilliant as we had full panoramic views. Our pilot John was great, pointing out landmarks and other interesting places as well as keeping us informed with lots of fascinating facts. If I could do this trip again tomorrow I would - fingers crossed for a lotto win to enable a return journey to Vegas :-) more

Fabulous experience 5/3/2012

Although it is expensive to take the helicopter tour, I would highly recommend Maverick to anyone. For many this would be considered a once in a lifetime experience. The staff where professional at all times, we never felt rushed which I think is very important. The visibility from the helicopter was excellent. more

An amazing experience that everybody should try out whilst in Vegas! 4/17/2012

I did the windancer sunset tour on the 04/08/2012 which was just breathtaking. It was my first time in Vegas and visiting the Canyon was high on my priority list of places to see. It did not dissapoint and nor did Maverick. Rick was our pilot who made the experience that much better - thanks Rick! He was friendly, informative, pointed out all the landmarks, gave us some history on the local areas and was able to chuck in some humour and good tunes from his ipod! Please pass on my thanks to Rick. A totally unforgettable experience and one that I would like to do again on my next visit to Vegas! more
